Our apartment is situated in a desirable, quiet, safe and family friendly area of trendy Crouch End, packed with deli's, restaurants, bars, gyms, boutique shops and with easy and fast access into the West End and All Attractions.

THE SPACE.

The garden apartment occupies the entire lower ground floor of this attractive detached Victorian Villa and is perfect for a family or friends gathering.

The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with one having it's own ensuite wetroom and on a half landing. A tiled family bathroom with hansgrohe fittings and overhead shower. The hand made kitchen is fitted with integrated Neff appliances and situated in the living area. Oak wooden flooring and underfloor heating throughout.

The large open plan fully fitted kitchen diner has a dining table, 8 chairs, sofa, armchair and bean bag to relax in.

The property is fully serviced which includes fresh linen and towels. We also have a BBQ, Garden Furniture and a hammock.

Guests will have access to all of the flat, the patio and the upper part of the garden.

When you arrive at the apartment you will find one of us ready to welcome you and provide you with all the information and advice you need. Inside the flat is a folder with ideas of where to eat and shop in the area, plus we're only on the end of a mobile for any queries or need help.

Crouch End/Highgate are both great neighbourhoods, very village, safe with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets.

The Parkland Walk (London's longest linear Local Nature Reserve which provides over three miles of walking bliss) is almost literally on the doorstep, this will take you to Highgate and Finsbury Park.

Plenty of green spaces around including Hampstead Heath, Kenwood and Highgate Woods, all fab areas to grab a coffee and a stroll.

Coolhurst Tennis club is just behind the apartment for the sporty types.

GETTING AROUND.

NB. **Always quicker to take the underground/metro.

Buy an Oyster card at your first Underground station or you can use your Contactless bank card.

It's a 10 minute walk to Highgate underground on the Northern line (Zone 3) or Archway (Zone 2).

Download the app. Bus Times. The 91 goes into Trafalgar sq, but takes a while, and the 41 will take you to Archway tube Northern Line Zone 2. Walk into Crouch End, turn left out of the house and walk straight down Crescent Road, you can get the buses outside Marks and Spencers or the W7 next to Barclays Bank will take you to Finsbury Park where you take the Victoria and Piccadilly Lines.

Approx. 30 mins into the centre of London.

GETTING TO THE APARTMENT FROM THE AIRPORTS.

Heathrow - Piccadilly line to Finsbury Park then the W7 bus into Crouch End, 5 minute walk to the apartment.

Gatwick - Overground train to St. Pancras International then either the 91 bus into Crouch End or the Northern line to Highgate then a 10 minute walk or Archway underground then the 41. You will need to get off at Bus Stop L Hornsey Lane and walk down Crescent Road which is slightly up on the same side. This road will bring you to Avenue Road. A 2 minute walk.

Stansted - Stansted Express to Tottenham Hale then 2 stops on the Victoria Line Underground to Finsbury then a 10 minutes ride on the W7 into Crouch End or take the 41 Bus into Crouch End, get off at Stop A Hornsey Lane, cross the road and walk down Crescent Road, 4 Avenue Road is straight ahead.

Luton - Take the train to St Pancras International, the same as coming from Gatwick.

An array of taxi's and minibuses can be booked online or a black cab from St Pancras, will take 5 people and costs approx £20.
