The Attention To Detail

Your London home from home with us has been lovingly set up to ensure every detail is at a very high standard of taste, warmth and elegance.

The property, which is fully furnished, consists of a, separate kitchen equipped with all essentials and bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms and a sitting / dining room.

For A Comfortable Nights' Sleep

The apartment will comfortably enable 4 to 6 people to have a good night's kip as there are 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed.

And during the day

The apartment is located just off the Fulham road and Fulham Palace roads which offer a fantastic array of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pubs.

It's Easy To Get Around!

Just 10 minute walk from Putney Bridge (750 meters) and Parsons Green (950 meters) tube stations.

Guest Access

The apartment is located in Waldemar Avenue.

Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe and easily accessible for guests. Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and approximately two weeks in advance of your visit.

Access is through the front door from the Avenue into the main building and then through the apartment main door, which is up a short flight of stairs and on your left hand side.

Once inside access to all rooms is on the 1st floor, so it is straightforward for people to move around. There is a set of shallow steps into the back bedroom.

We provide all guests with ‘Our local guide to Fulham' two weeks before arrival. This explains how to reach the apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.

Interaction with Guests

Our approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the apartment. In advance of your arrival we'lI provide you with a ‘welcome pack' document that sets out what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival Maddy, my housekeeper extraordinaire can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you'd rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we'll respect your request. After your scheduled check in time either Maddy or I will contact via text or email to confirm all is well.

During your stay I will make contact from time to time by text message or phone to ensure all things are well. On the morning of check out I will again text you to support a successful check out.

If at any time during your stay you need Maddy to come to the apartment you only need text or phone and one of us will attend straightaway.

The Neighbourhood

There are cinemas, swimming pool, and tennis courts nearby in Fulham, Hammersmith and Putney.

Also, World-famous sporting and entertainment venues are within easy distance, including Chelsea Football Club at Stamford Bridge, Fulham Football Club at Craven Cottage, Queens Club (Tennis) at West Kensington and Earl's Court Exhibition Centre.

This is a fashionable, sought-after location, perfect for families, couples, young professionals and holiday makers looking for somewhere clean, fresh and fabulous to stay.

The timings given here are for if you are going slowly but if you walk at a faster pace, the time will be less.

• 1 mins walk to bus stops for buses to Central London;

• 15 mins walk from Putney Train Station;

• 1 minute walk from fashionable Munster village's bars, shops and restaurants

• 2 minute walk from multiple bus routes to central London

• 10 minute walk to Parsons Green tube station (District Line)

• 25 minutes to Baron's Court tube station (District Line and Piccadilly line)

• 60 minutes to Heathrow (Piccadilly Line/District Line) or 30 minutes by taxi

• 60 minutes to Gatwick Airport (District Line to Victoria, then Gatwick Express) or 50 minutes by taxi.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are a smoker you are welcome to stay but PLEASE ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT so as to keep the inside nice and fresh. Thank you so much.

Eating Out/Going Out, Theatre, Musicals:

Well, where to start? London has to be the most cosmopolitan city in the World from where you can experience almost any cuisine you could imagine. With restaurants to suit every budget, eating well without spending a fortune. If you're stumped for a venue our local guide, which we email to you in advance of your arrival will certainly help you out with the decision making.

Further Afield:

If you wish to leave the city for a day or two! Windsor, Stonehenge, Brighton, Bath, Oxford, Cambridge, are all easy day trips, worth considering if you have the time.

The main rules are that people treat the neighbours and the apartment with respect.

The apartment should be left as you found it but if you do break, damage or lose any items please let me know.

This apartment is not available for or to be used for a party during your stay. If you do have this requirement please do discuss it with me.

"Fantastic Fulham"

It is on the first floor and has steep staircase to it but all worth it. Location was perfect ,the street was very quiet (no traffic noise at night or day) . 5- 10mins walk to trains , bus and shopping and restaurants in Fulham Rd.Great location to get to Central London and bishops park.Position could not get better. 2 double bedrooms with comfy beds and nice linen. Small kitchen but has everything you require for your cooking needs. The dining room table is in the lovely bay window and it was great to read the paper ,coffee and have breakfast . It was great and would stay again.

"Well located and did the job"

This was a nice, well appointed if fairly basic 2 bedroom apartment. There was everything we needed for our stay and it was all simple to use. The kitchen was a little cramped - mainly because of the extra freezer which caused a loss of worktop space. The main bedroom was spacious and the living/dining room was comfortable. The walls were a bit thin so you could hear the upstairs neighbours very clearly! The area itself is fantastic with a buzzing neighbourhood full of good restaurants and bars. There are also lots of supermarkets and quirky shops close by. The Bishop's palace gardens are close by for a lovely walk close to/along the Thames. Access to public transport is spot on with 2 tube stations close by and direct buses towards Stamford Bridge, the museums, Knightsbridge & central London.

It was a real pleasure having Asgata to stay in my apartment and was a great guest to host, really easy to communicate with and made great use of my apartment. As always, I rented the entire apartment and it was well looked after with all its contents returned as it was received. A host can ask for no more. I would be delighted and very welcoming of receiving another booking from Asgata, so I highly recommend this guest to any host.

"Great location and apartment had everything we needed."

The location of the apartment was perfect, quiet but easily accessible to all the London highlights by tube. The apartment was well fitted out with everything we needed and communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple or family with 1 child.

It was a real pleasure having Gemma to stay in my apartment and was a great guest to host, really easy to communicate with and made great use of my apartment. As always, I rented the entire apartment and it was well looked after with all its contents returned as it was received. A host can ask for no more. I would be delighted and very welcoming of receiving another booking from Gemma, so I highly recommend this guest to any host.

"Really nice and well located London apartment"

This was a really great apartment, well located close to Fulham, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge. The two bedrooms were ideal for my wife and I, our son and daughter-in-law and our infant granddaughter. We even managed visitors to watch the Rugby World Cup on television. The kitchen was well appointed and the washing machine appreciated. The apartment was clean and well maintained and we really appreciated the helpful and friendly communications from the owner.
