This lovely townhouse is located on a lovely street just 2 minutes away from Maida Vale tube station making it very easy to access tube transport directly into the City. It is available to rent to families or friends who want to stay in a very nice and accessible part of London.

All in all its a must see house! The location is Maida Vale which is a great part of London with access to Oxford street, Regent Street and Hyde Park within 5-10 minutes on the bus or by tube. The home is ideal for families or friends and is a great base from which to explore London. Due to its central location, it makes getting home very easy afterwards. The lifestyle and neighborhood is relaxed, family/residential and but with very easy access to get to the vibrant bars and restaurants which are located a short ride away.

The area is the picturesque Maida Vale with close access to Paddington for Heathrow. A comfortable apartment in a nice Victorian street. Very easy access to the city. The surrounding area is residential with the mews, cobbled stone that give a historical and quaint feel to the place. The main street off the Mews is beautifully lined will well maintained Victorian and Edwardian buildings.

Transport links are great.

The best feature about the location is the great proximity to the station. It is a 1 minute walk from Maida Vale tube station, and once you're there, you can get into the heart of London in 5-10 minutes. You can also go by bus if you want and that takes you directly into Oxford Circus, Hyde park, Notting Hill and a number of all the popular tourist locations. Several convenient stores and amenities, pubs are also within the area.
