We are pleased to offer a selection of standard self contained double studio apartments located with in the heart of Belsize Park area and less than 5 minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station.

These fully furnished apartments comprise of a standard size double bed with a fully equipped kitchen/ en suite bathroom with shower,toilet and WC .

If you have an issue with stairs then please ask in advance as the units are located on different floors with no lift in the building. Additional mattress will be added for the 3rd guest but at an extra cost.

£20 admin fee applies for each booking not included in the booking request

Extra mattress for a third person is additional cost and not included in the booking request

Facilities include central heating and carpet floors with plasma digital TV and Wireless Broadband.

Check in from 2pm onwards and check out 10am, bags can be left at the main reception from 9:45am - 6:30pm and applies to late check out during these hours.

Booking and payment Terms :

In order to secure the booking we require a deposit of £100 which is deducted from the total cost of the booking and can be paid in two ways.

1. We can send an invoice via pay pal directly for the this amount to be paid to make the booking.

2. Payment can be done with a credit or debit card via our reservations number from the between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 10am - 4pm

very clean and comfortable , near tube and supermarket, located on a quiet zone, just 10 minutes from the center. our apartment was on the 3rd floor, with no lift available. if you pay in advanced it's better to take with you a proof of the payment.

“Needs a bit of updating”

When we walk into the apartment it was very,very hot. On asking the porter why it was so hot he told us that room, 3 Queensborough Terrace unit no 1, was behind the boiler. The apartment was clean,but the kitchen was not very desirable. The cutlery was very old ,mismatch and not enough. The microwave was hidden in a cupbord under the sink, so you had to sit on the floor to use it and was absolutely filthy.You could not even move the microwave out the cupbord ,because the plug was to short. Never used it in 5 days. There was no mention of a washing machine, but after asking we found a room with a washing machine and a tumble drier. On the possitive side the nightporter, Ali or Adam was very,very helpful. When we complained about the heat in the room he brought us a fan and also was most helpful when we did our washing. There were not enough spoons and cups for the 4 of us and he also immediately brought us some. The place is very central,but I think a bit overprice for one room. P.S. If they can also put a little cupbord in the kitchen area for groceries.
