The location and nearby amenities make this apartment ideally suited to the holidaymaker or business traveller.

It is located in the Limehouse Basin area of London in Zone 2, close to the Limehouse Marina and the River Thames, on the second floor of a quaint building set in an open piazza style complex. The piazza features a continental cafe, restaurants, a delicatessen and a dry cleaners, with famous gastropubs such as The Narrow (owned by Gordon Ramsay) and The Grapes around the corner.

Limehouse station, on the Docklands Light Railway extension of the tube network, is a minutes walk away from the apartment; Canary Wharf is just 3 stops away , the financial district is 2 stops away, and central London is less than 15 minutes away by bus or tube. You can also walk down to Canary Wharf in 10 minutes .

A continental cafe, a couple of restaurants, a delicatessen and drycleaners are located within the piazza itself. The apartment itself is spacious, fully furnished, and features a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the lounge and is equipped with a range of amenities including WiFi, a playstation 2, DVD and BluRay player, 40inch HDTV with over 60 channels including 4HD channels and internet TV including BBC iPlayer, a fully-equipped kitchen and all that would be required for a comfortable stay. There is also a balcony.
 
Parking is available at the large underground gated parking area of the apartment complex. CCTV is installed for additional security of the parking lot. Coded access to fast, secure broadband Internet is available solely for the apartment. In addition, open access to the Internet in the common areas of the apartment complex is also available. The two meeting areas can seat a party of eight each; once combined, they can accommodate 16 persons.

The foyer, part carpeted, has numerous sofas, and free Internet access via WiFi. It also has a small library, 2 meeting rooms which seat 8 people each, which can open out into a single meeting room for 16, complete with a small kitchenette, for conducting business.
The foyer part surrounds a large, purpose built orangery with wood outdoor chairs and a table, perfect on a summer afternoon.

Limehouse basin is a marina on the edge of the River Thames. Although very quiet, it is home to a number of excellent restaurants and gastropubs, and is popular because of its easy access to the bustle of the city, as well as to Canary Wharf and the Future Olympics site in Stratford.

Canary wharf is the financial capital, while it's very popular amongst younger workers as the place to live with it's 2 shopping complex with lots of international and high street brands, Luxury spas, Reebok Centre for any activity you can think of and over 60 water front bars and restaurants you will soon love living in Canary Wharf.

Canary Wharf is a stones throw away from the apartments and is home to an array of bustling dockside bars and restaurants as well as a multitude of more than 140 shops housed within the Jubilee Place shopping mall.
