“Nice warm, spacious flat in convenient location”

The flat was clean, spacious and very warm and inviting during some very cold weather, but various light bulbs were not working and the shower in the shower room was only lukewarm and feeble. There was nowhere to put shower gel and shampoo in the shower, and consequently it was only used once. In the kitchen there were not enough oven trays for cooking. The flat could do with smartening up a bit.

“Perfect Family Friendly Property in Great Location”

This apartment is located close to North Greenwich Tube Station, right at the O2 and only a 10 minute walk or one stop on the 129 or 132 bus that you can get outside the tube station. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for both us with a 10 year old and my 70 year old parents. On arrival we got off tube and we were met at the apartment by Natalia who explained the facilities, which were perfect for our needs. After unpacking we headed out back to the tube and because it is on the Jubilee Line, it takes you direct to Westminster in the heart of all the attractions. There is a convenience shop outside the apartment and also a Tesco at the O2. There are plenty restaurants to eat at the O2 and you can also pick up the Water Bus to take you up the Thames, again all the way to Westminster, it does stop at other locations on the Thames on the way. We felt perfectly safe at night walking home and the apartment was kitted out with everything you need, albeit basic. The only minor criticisms we would have is that bulbs and switches should be checked regularly, one of the lamps wasn't working in the double bedroom and there was no bath mat in the en suite. It would be really good idea to leave a booklet of information in the apartment for guests arriving giving information about the O2, Tube Station etc. I left a Tube Map. We were advised to call the day before to see if we could leave our luggage in the apartment, if this wasn't convenient we were given the opportunity to leave it in the office which was 5 minutes away from apartment. All in all a fantastic stay, great location, great accommodation and very helpful correspondence with rental staff. Thank You :-)

Good nice two bedroom apartment with brilliant views, but rooms was a bit too cold. Overall I can recommend this, and hopefully heating would work better in the future.

Fantastic area safe parking for car 5 minute walk from the O2 and underground also convenient for Greenwich pier where you can catch the boat to Westminster worth the river trip as fabulous views of London land marks Will definitely look to stay here again Thank you again Steven

Stayed here with my hubby and three older kids on a short break in London. It really is a lovely apartment with plenty of space to relax after a busy day sightseeing. It even had a balcony overlooking the Thames. Five minute walk to the 02 and restaurants, cinema, bowling etc. short walk along the river to North Greenwich tube which is zone 2 and about 20 minutes into the centre of London. Apartment was clean, well equipped and of course the necessary free wifi. Would definitely stay here again when back in London and would recommend to friends.

We arrive at the apartment late as we expected. The hose was nice. The apartment is very safe and big. He showed us how to use all those electical appliances suck microwave, top stove, washing machine, etc..... But when there was a question we call and text, the hose does not response. Lucky during our stay we did'nt experience any problem. The stay was nice. We cook our breakfast. It was like home. It's 30 minutes from central London.

washing machine did not work all through. host arranged for our laundry to be picked up after calling for almost 1week with no response. bathroom drainages had to be fixed, with only 1 functioning properly. we have left for over 2 weeks now and no emails or information regarding our deposit.

We arrived to apartment 30 minutes later than we had agreed on, but the manager arrived withing three minutes after we had text messaged him. For the location price was very reasonable, and for an apartment build 10 years ago it was a better than average condition. It may have been that the apartment had been without tenant for a week, since it did feel a bit chilly at the beginning, but within two days it warmed up. Location was truly excellent. Even though it was within walking distance of the north greenwich tube station it was still quiet at nights. View towards Canary Wharf was a nice touch too. All in all we will try to rent this one again should we want to stay in London.

Top floor penthouse apartment with incredible views of the O2 and Canary Wharf. Only a few minutes walk from the Tube station with fast access to the City and Central London, or the Thames Clipper catamaran service for a more leisurely trip. Local store a few metres walk and a big Sainsbury's 10 minutes walk. Apartment very well appointed with very comfy beds, free wifi, parking space.
