Fantastic self contained apartment in beautiful SW London, 1 bedroom, bathroom, garden, 60 sq mts.

Situated 2 mins to Queens Tennis Club, 10 mins Barons Court, 8 mins West Brompton tube & opposite Norman Park, great for kids.

This self-contained apartment has its own private entrance, which leaves the London hustle & bustle behind as you walk through the front door.

As I am sure you'll know London is a fantastic city, you and your family or group will have an excellent stay here. I compliment you on your London selection. I'm certain selecting my apartment will only add to your overall enjoyment in London.

The apartment is professionally cleaned by our Housekeepers, before each visit. Our towels and bed linen are of high quality, clean and fresh for your enjoyment. The apartment is in a very safe and lovely area and we are sure you will enjoy your stay

2. The apartment is located a 1 minute walk from 3 London bus routes, which goes to Notting Hill Gate, Hyde Park Corner, Baker Street, Madame Tussauds but to name but a few London attractions,

3. The apartment is located 8 minutes walking time from West Brompton tube station, District Line, which goes to South Kensington, Kings Road, Westminster, Victoria, Tower Bride but to name but a few London attractions,

4. The apartment is located 10 minutes walking time from Baron Court, Piccadilly Line, which goes to Heathrow Airport, Knightsbridge, Harrods, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Soho, Buckingham Palace but to name but a few London attractions,

5. As with the buses the apartment is located 1 minute away from Lillie Road, SW6 where you can get cabs from for anywhere in London.

6. The apartment has 1 x bedroom with a double bed for 2 (sleeps x 2) , a living room with a double sofa bed (sleeps x 2),

7. I can also provide 1 or 2 x camp beds for additional people to stay,

8. This enables up to 6 people to sleep over and there is plenty of space for you in the apartment.

The London region

The apartment is located in SW London and it's within walking distance of many of London's famous sights, from the River Thames to High Street Kensington to Holland Park to Notting Hill Gate to Portobello Road to Hyde Park to London's luxurious Kings Road.

The Albert Hall, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, London Eye, West End, London's theatre land and the City of London are but 15-20 minutes by tube.

There are lots of shops in Fulham and the best grocery stores nearby are the co-op (5 minute walk) North End Road fruit & vegetable market (5 minute walk), Tesco's (10 minute walk) or Marks & Spencer (10 minute walk) in Fulham Broadway.

Fulham Road, Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith Riverside & Kensington High Street have a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes. For those looking for late nightlife there are a number of clubs on High Street Kensington & the King's Road if you'd rather not go to the West End.

For those who enjoy walking there is a fantastic walk along the Thames River from Riverside Restaurant up to and across Hammersmith Bridge, down to Putney Bridge and back again to the Riverside Restaurant for perhaps a well deserved meal. Along the route you'll pass by Riverside Studios, Harrods Depository, London Wetland Nature Reserve, Bishops Park & Fulham FC.

For the Premier League loving football fans the apartment is located approximately equal distance between Chelsea & Fulham FC (15 minute walk) but far enough away that you are not troubled by the noise or the marching army of fans making their way to and from the ground. Arsenal FC can be reached via the Piccadilly Line, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Fulham SW6 - picturesque park life & riverside

Fulham, positioned south along the Thames has many enviable pockets of greenery. From historical gardens and manicured lawns to peaceful riverside walks, Fulham offers many opportunities for a respite from London's often hectic life.

Take a stroll around Bishops Park, Fulham Palace Gardens, which has been a Bishop's residence for over 12 centuries, Hurlingham Park or the Thames Path, taking in the chic River Café along the way.

While taking a stroll venture Southside along the Thames from Hammersmith to Putney Bridge and take in the eloquence of Harrods Depository or the tranquil London Wetland Centre, voted the UK's Favourite Nature Reserve.

Varied and vibrant

Fashionable and diverse, Fulham offers an upscale and eclectic mix of shops, eateries, entertainment and tourist attractions.

The Harwood Arms, Walham Grove, SW6 is the only pub in London to receive a Michelin star, and the east Mediterranean delicacies of Del' Aziz draws in a very loyal following every day of the week.

On the Thames North bank you'll find Imperial Wharf and Chelsea Harbour, a buzzing home to design shops and fine dining. London's outpost of the stunning Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is a must.

Fulham boarders the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, which includes such tourist attractions as Harrods, Kensington High Street, Kensington Palace, Kings Road, Notting Hill Gate, Natural History, Victoria and the Albert Museums but to name a few.

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, cabs, trains & tubes) within 0-10 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels (trains, planes & automobiles), London's many historic and beautiful attractions.

The apartment is located on a secluded road in SW6 London, noise is low and there is plenty of street parking (meter payments) directly outside for those wishing to arrive by and use their car during their stay.

There are half a dozen Barclays Cycle Hire locations within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment for those wishing to have a leisurely cycle around the capital. There are half a dozen plus ZIP car hire points & an Avis Car rental office again within 10 minute walk for those requiring cars.
