This is a lovely modern 2 bed apartment on the 4th floor of a Mansion block, with lift/elevator located in a secure gated, prestigious development, very close to West Brompton Tube Fulham Broadway tube and shopping mall. Recently refurbished and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and fittings. The apartment has a large garden and secure off street parking. The local area is trendy and it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 5 mins to North End Road with many shops and a large Street Market on Friday and Saturday. Excellent base for tourists and locals to explore London. Nearby are the Olympia Exhibition Halls, High Street Kensington, the Albert Hall and all the Museums in Exhibition Road, South Kensington and Chelsea.

Free WIFI, complimentary tea, coffee & fresh milk, together with competitive pricing makes this an attractive hotel alternative for business or pleasure. Please note the bed configuration is two double beds. One double bed in each of the bedrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
