South Kensington. This charming and spacious one bedroom apartment is situated on the upper ground floor (upper first floor American) of a delightful period building, located very close to South Kensington Station and easy walking distance to Harrods, the centre of Knightsbridge, all the shops, boutiques and restaurants of South Kensington and also very close to the South Kensington museums. The apartment has a very spacious drawing/dining room with dining table seating 6, grand feature fireplace with antique mirror and clock on the mantle piece. All the furnishings are in Period style with many genuine and valuable antiques. The magnificent double bedroom has super king sized bed, French doors with small balcony, a lovely Victorian chaise longue seated in front of the French doors, a feature fireplace and lovely period style furnishings. The kitchen/breakfast room is built in a conservatory, and therefore has great natural sunlight and has views to the rear. The kitchen has a range of high grade base and wall units, it has washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, cooker hob and is extremely well equipped. There is also table and chairs. There is a master bathroom, tiled, with bath and power shower over, marble wash hand basin and W.C. There is a separate cloakroom/WC again with marble wash hand basin. tube just 3 minutes or so walk direct to Heathrow, West End, Covent Garden, Green Park, Buckingham Palace, on Piccadilly Line, to Victoria, High Street Kensington, St Pancras (Eurostar), City on District and Circle Line buses to all central parts of London with 2 -3 minutes walk.

very friendly staff, keen to help guests- we have check in staff to help with your arrival and orientation - we can provide a licensed london taxi to collect you from the airport- you just pay the driver direct - we will require full flight/arrival information for all guests as quickly after booking confirmation as possible. Check in is 14.00 and check out is 10.00. We endeavour to get clients into the apartment as soon as possible. Our check in hours are 08.30 - 15.00 Monday - Friday, Outside of these hours guests either need to take the taxi transfer as described above or pay for a meet and greet appointment, £30 up to 6pm or £40, 6pm - 9pm. A housekeeper will come into London to meet you and you pay her directly in cash

outside of our normal hours 8am - 3pm Monday - Friday, we ask guests to accept the taxi transfer - they pay the driver direct (non profit making to us) and we give driver the keys or alternatively there is a charge of £30, up to 6pm, or £40 6pm - 9pm, meet and greet fee for a housekeeper to meet them outside normal hours, payable direct to housekeeper on arrival.

“Feel like a Londoner”

This is an exceptional property right in the heart of things. Just two minutes walk from the South Kensington Tube, it is quiet yet proximate to numerous restaurants, major museums and Royal Albert Hall. We loved it.

Owner's reply: The Stallards were lovely. they were courteous and polite and looked after the home impeccably. we hope they will come back-

Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby; very easy public transport options; rooms and all amenities were exactly as described; service was excellent from the owner.

How do damage deposits work?
