“Clean and Convenient”

We stayed for two nights at flat number 4 commercial street, London. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a few convenient extras such as tea/coffee/sugar/soap. The internet worked well but we couldn't figure out how to use the television, although there is a very handy folder which explains how to use/operate all facilities in the apartment (we were just too busy exploring London to read the instructions for the TV! Laziness on our part). The windows are not double glazed so you could be disturbed if you're a light sleeper; it is central London and there's very little chance of silence outside, however I don't think it detracts from the great location and comfort of the apartment and knowing this I'd still book again (but maybe take some earplugs). A quick walk from the tube station and easy access to the apartment through a secure side gate. Lots of local amenities on your doorstep - there's a great restaurant and bar below the apartment which seems quite a fashionable place for a drink at the weekend, 2 authentic looking Turkish restaurants (not fast food joints) within 20 metres, a small market for supplies across the road and also the apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from the famous Spitafields market - something that should feature in the advertising of the apartment I think! Liverpool street is also an easy 10 minute walk which gives you access to other tube lines and bus routes. All in all a great place to stay.
