Warm design meets contemporary London in this two-bedroom two-bathroom flat. You will find this apartment a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. This entire 2-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 2 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and decor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Playstation PS3, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

Please note that as parts of the City of London are being renovated some temporary construction works in the area are taking during the day. However, these are within permissible limits and do not affect the residences of our building.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer then 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

This 2nd floor within a secure gated community, served by stairways, has entry fob, intercom with buzzer for secure entry. The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

The two bedrooms are facing a peaceful court, no noise guaranteed, complete silence.

The en-suite master bedroom with its modern shower room hosts a KING-SIZE bed fitted with comfortable mattress, down pillows, and bedding. Blackout curtains will ensure a peaceful nights rest.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

A bath can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

We have the best housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that your flat will be polished upon arrival for your stay with us. Our green house keeping team is always eco-friendly, using only environmentally safe cleaning products.

The apartment is located near Aldgate East tube station post code E1. Zone 1. You can see the location map here on the website, with precise location. Full address we provide after the reservation is made and we send together will all contacts and arrival instructions, as soon as you book it, but you can see the exact location on the map presented- just scroll down or click to see – MAP.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking at the N1 centre in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Transport and Attractions:

- Metro stations are on the same street as the apartment

• Aldgate East tube station (2 min. walk on the same street as the flat)

• Liverpool Street Station (9 min. walk from the flat)
