There is an option to add a double airbed, so it can sleep four to six people comfortably. Outside, Walton street provides a lively atmosphere with its original cafes, art galleries and boutiques and it leads you to Harrods in just 5 minutes. There is also a lovely night club, called Eclipse just next to the apartment, so you can try the taste of London nightlife without going too far. At the same time, the small children may not enjoy it so much, so, please, keep this in mind.

This part of London is full of beautiful houses, famous restaurants and nightlife, unparalleled shopping, many of the best museums in London and some of the world’s most famous tourist attractions.

The Victoria & Albert, Natural History and Science museums and the Saatchi Gallery are within 10 minutes walk, offering world class exhibitions. The Royal Albert Hall in Kensington provides concerts year round and in addition to having Harrods and Harvey Nichols a short walk away there are many excellent shopping areas including the designer boutiques of Sloane Street, Kings Road, Knightsbridge and Kensington High Street.

Getting Around

The apartment is a five minute walk from South Kensington station (Piccadilly and District and Circle lines) and a ten to 15 minute walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens; one of London’s most famous landmarks. This enormous, beautiful space is the perfect place to unwind with a picnic and is home to Kensington Palace, where members of the Royal family reside.

A five minute journey east along on the District/Circle line will take you to Westminster and the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, two of the world’s most iconic attractions. Here you will also find Westminster Abbey, where many Royal Weddings have taken place, including the marriage of Prince William to Kate Middleton.

London's theatre district also starts close to here as do the well known shopping areas of Bond Street, Oxford Street and Regent Street.

HOUSE RULES

1. The property sleeps six people only. Six people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.

2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours. 

3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately.

4. No pets/animals please in the flat or in the building.

5. Smoking is not allowed in this apartment whatsoever.

6. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid for of identification.

The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party.

The security deposit is fully refundable within 7 working days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 

The property will contact you in advance to arrange key collection and check-in. Late check-in after 19.00 is subject to a surcharge.
