The Space

Our apartment is a genuine London living experience. You enter a quiet courtyard off of the busy Charing Cross Road into a modernized complex of apartments, complete with elevator up to the unit. It is compact, as is typical here in one of the world's most expensive cities. But it has everything you need, including: two bedrooms- each with a double bed and TV; kitchen- fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, washer/dryer, undercounter fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso Coffee Machine; window bench and dining table for four; a skinny three piece modern bathroom with a walk in shower; porch with a mini garden, table and chairs.

The master bedroom window overlooks the busy, highly pedestrianized Charing Cross Road (we have added extra windows for noise isolation) so please note that there can be some background noise from the street. Accommodates up to 4-5 people: 2 double (US queen) beds and an inflatable mattress for 5th person.

Guest Access

Guests have complete use of the apartment and balcony/porch including a fully functioning kitchen with all utensils and equipment required for cooking, eating, drinking, etc for up to 4 people.

Interaction with Guests

We are always on-hand for anything you may require, however, we'll leave you to enjoy your stay while in the flat unless you need our assistance.

The Neighbourhood

Location, Location, Location!

This is the perfect location for sightseeing in London. Soho/West End is known for it's night life, excellent bars, casinos and restaurants, all within a stone's throw. With this in mind, please consider when booking this apartment for a family vacation.

The apartment is surrounded by The West End's finest theaters, restaurants and bars that stay open late throughout the week, not to mention the world famous and iconic Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square being a stone's throw away from the front door. Coffee shops including the newest Starbucks Reserve, the first of its kind in Europe and second in the world, is also the first Starbucks in the capital to be licensed to sell alcohol (wine tasting) until 9pm; and cafes are around every corner.

Trafalgar Square is also close, about a 7 minute walk away, where you can find the world famous National Gallery as well as other notable museums and tourist attractions.

Historical surrounds: from the lovely Victoria Embankment Gardens and White Hall Gardens, to bustling and vibrant Villiers Street where you can find Gordon's Wine Bar (London's oldest wine bar established in its present form since 1890!), Pink Pansy (London's local flower stall since 1946 right outside Embankment station)

You really can't get more central when staying in London!

Getting Around

Getting around is very simple. Leicester Square underground station is 2 minutes walk, Covent Garden station is approx 4 mins walk. There are also a large number of buses available, taking you to every part of London.

Our apartment is a personal experience, "your home away from home". We do our best to provide you the same experience in our apartment and always maintain and clean it to the highest of standards, however this is a private residence and not a hotel. You may find personal touches and a personal feel to the apartment; this is intended to provide you with the best "home away from home" experience.

*Please note that Late Check-Ins between 10pm - midnight incurs an additional 60GBP fee payable by guests directly to greeter, and from midnight to 8am 70GBP. This is to address the high transport cost borne by greeter of late check-ins after tube hours.

Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum especially in the evenings and weekends, and our apartment by not smoking.

Please enjoy the flat but look after it as you would your own! Please return the flat as you found it.

The keys are top quality security keys, if you lose the keys then it is your responsibility to cover any costs incurred with getting them re-cut/re-ordered.
