A spacious 3 bedroomed third floor apartment in Angel, Islington. New bathroom with wash basin, shower over the bath and WC. There is also a separate WC and wash basin. The flat has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a good sized lounge and a small balcony. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

Suitable for up to 6 people but not suitable for those with mobility issues as it is on the third floor and there is no lift.

The flat is less than 5 minutes walk to the tube/underground and a couple of minutes to the buses including night buses. The apartment is a short bus/tube ride to the West End, Oxford Street, St Pauls and the City. If you are feeling energetic you can walk to a number of London's most famous sites including St Paul's Cathedral, the British Museum and Oxford Street. Angel is only one stop on the tube from Kings Cross and St Pancras International.

A supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away, although with all the places to eat on Upper Street you may only need to get a few essentials .There are a couple of theatres on the doorstep - the Almeida and the Kings Head. Sadler's Wells Theatre is also within walking distance which is famous for its ballet. The apartment is located off Camden Passage which is famous for its antique stalls and interesting shops. If you want some quiet in the city you can stroll along the Regents Canal or Duncan Terrace gardens, both located moments away.

The Business Design Centre is less than 5 minutes away.

We do ask that you are considerate of the neighbours and in particular there are no parties or gatherings that are noisy and disruptive in nature.

Angel is a thriving area in London zone 1. The apartment is just off Upper Street close to Islington Green.
An abundant variety of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets is only a few minutes walk away. The tube is about 5 minutes walk and the main bus stops even less. The travel links to Angel are excellent, with most of the major attractions within in easy reach.
The Business Design Centre is a couple of minutes away.
The Sadler's wells theatre is within walking distance.

“Ideal appartment as base for sightseeing and shopping in London”

We really enjoyed our stay in London. This apartment was in a great location, very near tube station and was reasonably priced compared to other places. It was very clean and we felt safe there. It was just a 4 minute walk to shops and lovely restaurants. The kitchen was a bit small for a group of 6, but this did not bother us as living room was spacious. This apartment would not be suitable for those with mobility issues as the apt was in the top floor and there was no elevator. We cleaned the apartment on our last morning and received our deposit back within 4 days.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce super appartement. La station de métro Angel est à 5 minutes. Angel permet d'acceder au centre de Londres en 15 minutes. Le quartier est très agréable, beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces. L'immeuble est très calme, en retrait de la rue principale. Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires, très gentils. L'appartement est très propre, les wc et la salle de bains semblent neufs. Je pense qu'il est difficile de trouver un meilleur rapport qualité/prix dans cette zone de Londres. Une seule chose manque : le wifi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We stayed at this apartment in October 2013. We were a group of 6 (parents, grandparents and kids) and we found the flat had plenty of room. The flat was clean and freshly painted and had everything we could have asked for except WiFi. The location was great, nearby Upper Street is lively and has lots of cafes and restaurants which Sara (owner) was very helpful in recommending. All in all a great stay
