Our beautiful, tastefully decorated first floor apartment is located within 10-15 mins walk to Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Marble Arch, Regents Park and the amenities of Baker Street, including Sherlock Holmes Museum and Madame Tussauds.

The apartment is fully fitted with everything you might need and more. It's ideal for families or friends up to five and for solo or groups of business travellers.

A bright and spacious first floor two-bedroom apartment, with separate large kitchen including breakfast bar and separate bathroom.

Master bedroom: King size bed, black-out blind, large closet, bedside tables with designer night lamps and 40" Smart Samsung TV.

Second bedroom- King or Two single beds, overhead night lights and bedside table, built-in closet. Please request your bed preferences during the booking (additional charges applicable, please refer to house rules).

Each of the bedrooms have selection of feather and non-feather pillows.

Living room is tastefully decorated with handmade dining table with 5 chairs, corner leather couch, wall mounted flat screen TV with Amazon Fire stick for your favourite shows, games and on demand movies for those cozy nights in.

Three piece bathroom with shower over bath.

Kitchen comes with everything you might need for a comfortable stay and more: Nespresso Coffee Machine with various coffee pods, selection of teas, sugar, spices for cooking etc. all to make you feel at home.

Traveling with kids? We love children and welcome them with open arms.

The following can be provided but are not guaranteed (so please enquire prior to booking): portable travel cot (up to 2 year old child), high chair, play mats and toys.

We provide these for your and your child's convenience and comfort, free of charge, please respect this and clean after use, fold away and put all the toys in the basket provided and fold away high chair and cot. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of £30 to cover housekeeper's time.

The property can accommodate up to 6 guests, only if 4 are adults with 2 small kids (one of which is in the cot) or 5 adults maximum altogether

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elena (the owner) a message.

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
