THE SPACE

Being an Aussie living in London for 10 years now I have a fairly good understanding of what travellers like and what makes your experience that much more unique. My mums Spanish and my dads Scottish so naturally I know good food and partying, and can recommend well in both of these areas.

Privacy is unique to Mears Close as it's situated in the centre of the block, fully gated off from the hustle bustle of the tasty restaurants and grills. Both bedrooms are 9 square metres, have king size beds, and there is a double sofa bed. There is one bathroom/shower, air conditioning, and the whole apartment is

Privacy is unique to Mears Close as it's situated in the centre of the block, fully gated off from the hustle bustle of the tasty restaurants and grills. Both bedrooms are 9 square metres, have king size beds, and there is a double sofa bed. There is one bathroom/shower, air conditioning, and the whole apartment is on one single level so it´s suitable for elderly and less mobile people. The private sun drenched courtyard is enormous, and looks out onto Mears Close and the 3 shared car spaces which are always empty.

The Manor has a relaxed Danish fit out, and housekeepers give you the 5 star treatment preparing everything before you arrive. There is a travel cot, hair dryers, bed linen, fresh towels, toiletries, washing powder etc. to save you organising that yourself. WiFi is free, there is a washing machine/dryer, and a well equipped kitchen where your welcome to use anything on the shelves, dry store and pantry.

•Scenic bus rides direct into West End - 3 min walk.

RENTAL RATES

In general without considering specifics:

For 1 – 5 people Micks Mansion (top 2 floors only).

For 2 – 7 people Micks Manor.

For 8+ people you'll need a combination of both properties.

Kids under 2 years are free.

HOUSE RULES

Please agree that if you book with me you realise you're not in a hotel, it’s a really quiet residential property that has neighbours who are not on holiday and are a priority for me. Fair enough they like it quiet after 10pm & they would like my guests to behave like normal residents = not loudly socialising / loud music etc... so if you're ok with this then I'm happy to have you guys... It's sensational value and quality compared to any hotel at a fraction of the price – this is what my Holiday Letting is about (sorry to have to spell it out).

*I don't do hens, stags, or similar.

“Cosy stylish nest for a London stay”

We stayed at Micks Manor for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. Well equiped and stylish furnitured apartment, really clean. Location suits perfect for Sightseeing (10 minutes walk to Tower Bridge). We will definitely stay there if we visit London again!
