The presentation is immaculate. Sleeping accommodation consists of 3 x single beds, 1 x double bed, 4 x king sized beds (known in the US as 'queens'' - they are 5'6" or 150 cm wide) plus 2 x very comfortable fold-out sofa bed-chairs. There are ornate ceilings and period chandeliers in all the main rooms and every modern convenience throughout the house: washing machine and dryer, irons and ironing boards, microwave, dishwasher, hair-dryers, four televisions (with Internet access), Blu Ray DVD players, radio/sound systems/alarm clocks with MP3/iPhone docks, linen/towels, books, toys, DVDs and baby equipment. The house is always let as a whole to a family or a group.

An additional cleaning fee of up to £295 may be chargeable.

Location description from owner

The England region

London: financial centre, cultural centre and tourist centre - more world heritage sites than any other city. Weather variable - but who cares!?! There's so much to see and do that you couldn't fit it all into a year if you went somewhere new every day . . .

Central London/Zone 1

The location of this wonderful house is unbeatable. Although it is situated in the very heart of London, it is quietly positioned. The area is very safe and the neighbouring streets are full of great local shops, cafes and restaurants. At one end of the street is a local food market; at the other, under two minutes' walk from the house, Pimlico Underground ('Tube') Station and terrific local bus routes. You can WALK to most of the main tourist attractions, and there are major theatres and a good cinema just up the road. Shopping is great! In the surrounding streets there are also some wonderful haute couture designers and antique shops. The architecture is mid-19th Century - street upon street of stunning white 'stucco' terraces.
