We are renting out our lovely, modern and bright 2 bedroom apartment. The flat is situated right next to Hoxton Overground which makes travelling West to Highbury and Hampstead easy. You can go directly over the river as far as places like Herne Hill, Croydon and Crystal Palace as well as north through Hackney or just jump off in the City. We are served by excellent bus links, (including Night Buses), making it easy to get to lots of the tourist attractions, be that the Tower of London, the South Bank, Oxford Street or a venue in the West End. Old Street tube station is a 10 minute walk and it doesn't take much longer to stroll to the the financial sector. The area is vibrant and interesting with tonnes to do; bars, clubs, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, markets, parks, canal walks and just the odd and quirky, even a farm.

The property is fully-furnished with a double bed in both bedrooms and a single mattress for extra flexibility should you specifically request it.. There is a 32" flat screen television with integrated DVD. The kitchen sports a fold out dining table, basic fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hot plates, espresso pot, juicer, liquidiser, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board as well as all the other standard furniture, fixtures and fittings including a washing machine. All bedding and towels are provided as well as basic crockery, cutlery, pots & pans.

Unlimited Broadband internet is available free of charge.

We may be able to show flexibility with regard to arrival and vacation timings, but please note that you will need to ask about that prior to booking. We would normally expect you to arrive between 1300hrs and 1900hrs, vacating before 1100hrs.

“As if we were at home”

The apartment is very well located. There is a overground station just in the corner, and you are in the main monuments in 20 minutes. We received a warm wellcome from de owner. The apartment was wery clean as well as confortable. We enjoy a lot during our stay there and definitly we recommend this property to others travellers.
