“Modern apartment, Surrounded location, Distinguished owner”
We were a family with 3 young children, stayed in the apartment for more than 3 weeks. The apartment is very luxurious, clean, modern, and fully equipped with a friendly & honest owner always supported us at all time. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment; everything worked well and never encountered any problems or difficulties. Batteresa Park is wonderful place for the whole family located just a cross the road along with a beautiful river walk. The complex has a very nice supermarket open until late night. Bus stop is just outside the complex makes traveling to downtown and elsewhere is so easy and convenient. Wi-Fi were great made our live easy. We defiantly recommended Jeya’s apartment, and we thank here for here hospitality and support. emad
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Everything worked well and it's right in front of battersea park so we could go for a walk everyday. A bus station is right ahead, where we could catch the bus directly to oxford circus, Victoria Station etc. I strongly recommend the apartment, will definitely also revisit it.
“Beautiful apartment, super location”
I stayed in Jeya's apartment with my husband and three children (ages 3,5 & 7) for three nights in August. The apartment is very luxurious, well finished and furnished and located in a beautiful and immaculately kept development. It felt fresh and airy with the kind of bed-linen and towels you would expect in a top hotel and also had a well equipped kitchen. There is a Sky box and Wi-FI which were great for the evenings when everyone was tired after sight-seeing. The apartment is just across the road from Battersea Park which is wonderful for children, and within easy walking distance of transport links and shops. Jeya was very quick to answer all my queries before we arrived and had kindly left bread, butter, jam etc for us. She also returned our booking deposit immediately after our stay. I would not definitely book the apartment again if we go back to London.
“Fresh, central and priceworthy apartment”
We were a family with 2 kids, 11 and 15 yrs of age stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and we can really rekommend this apartment. Central, modern and fresh, fully equiped and a friendly&honest owner always supported us when we had questions.. She had even put breakfast in the fridge, nowing we were coming late in the night and quickly supported us when WiFi did not work. We will definitely do this again! Thanks Jeya! Best Ann-Sofie

“best accommodation with worst owner”
I travel to London every year and hire apartment at various locations. This year i hired this apartment and was happy with my decision till end. Was told to pay rent plus 300 pounds as security deposite.Worst part came when at check out i asked owner jeya wilson to check us out in her or any of her representative's presence in order to avoid any dispute....she told to leave key inside. Later after 2 days i got sms that door to balcony has been broken and glass on two drawers has found to be broken....when i protested as nothing of that sorts had happened she called me dishonest. Later she sent me pics of door which never shows any damage and filthy towels. The door we had locked last night as there was rain storm and none of glass was broken. Her e mail was very derogatory and had clear racial bias. She now changed breakage claim and included filthy towels to damage which were never alleged in previous day's sms. May be she tought her allegations were not to pocket 300 pounds..She tried to impress me in the end of e mail by telling me that she and her husband are lawyers and bar at law. When i protested and told her that she should not be calling me dishonest without evidence she called me cheapstake and told that she doesn't care about my posting review on trip advisor. I have complete record of her and my correspondence through sms and e mails. Can send those e mails and sms to anybody. Just e mail me on firstname.lastname@example.org
Owner's reply: Iqbal Dara is not only dishonest but also can't be trusted like other guests. He said he studied in the UK but gobsmacked as to how he left the luxury apartment. He and his family have no respect to other's property. Usually, I asked the guests to drop the keys as I'm flexible to the check-in and check-out times. This is done based on trust and never once had any problems. Iqbal Dara was happy with this arrangement. I didn't expect him to leave the apartment, not only filthy but with damaged Balcony Door, Broken Glass Kitchen Drawers and three Luxury White Towels with vomit & fungus grown which he discreetly dumped all these towels in the washing machine. Our cleaner could not bear the stinking smell & black fungus on it. He knew he had caused all these damages & kept texting stating that he would like to stay longer in the apartment next year, thinking I would ignore all these damages. When I held £200 out of £300 damage deposit until final receipts, Iqbal Dara threatened me with legal action and asked his Solicitor friend to call me. To cut long story short, I told him that we too are lawyers & things are done in accordance to the law. When evidence (photographs) sent, he changed his tactics and threatened me with a bad review. Iqbal Dara was not a gentlemen to accept liability.
