Welcome to the very heart of London! Overlooking Soho and Covent Garden, this superior accommodation is ideal for singles, couples, families or groups. It offers wonderful panoramic views of the capital, and is in walking distance of the main tourist attractions.

Our great location attracts both holiday-makers and business clients (Deutschebank, Ernst & Young, Pricewaterhouse, Royal Opera House, Chicago The Musical, Borders Books).

Rates per week are currently on offer from £650 to £850 per week (depending on length of stay). Previously £850 to £1500 per week, but due to construction around the base of the building and local area, special terms are available.

An entrance hall; KITCHEN that is modern and fully-equipped (an american travel writer reviewed them as the most equipped he has ever come across!); LIVING ROOM with comfortable sofa, chairs + TV zone plus DINING AREA area and covered BALCONY overlooking the west-end.

To the Upper Level is:

A fully enclosed STAIRCASE with handrail and 12 steps (elderly & infirm please note and see FLOORPLAN picture for guidance)

The 2 double BEDROOMS are the same size - one faces east and the other faces west and both contain mirrored wardrobes, desk/dressing table areas and bedside cabinets + storage drawers.

The beds are set up as 1 superking (uk 6ft wide x 6ft6' long) in one room and 2 singles (uk 3ft wide x 6ft 6' long) in the other. The owners supply the best quality dunlopillo super luxury pillows for the best support and comfort, plus hairdryers and laundry bags for guests convenience.

Main BATHROOM (bath with shower over, wash basin with large mirrored wall over, shaver point and wc).

Separate CLOAKROOM/WC (wash basin, mirror, shaver point and wc).

Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath foam and toilet rolls are included to welcome all guests checking in. Towels, bathmats + hairdryers are also supplied.

N E W S ! : London Underground is rebuilding Tottenham Court Road Underground Station to relieve congestion, with a ticket hall nearly 6 times the current size, step free access and improved interchange. A new Crossrail line is being constructed, with services starting in 2017 providing 24 trains an hour. A new plazza is being created outside Centre Point. It will be great when finished, as tube journies from Heathrow will run direct to the apartment in 30 minutes - half the time it takes now! Please be aware that there is therefore construction work going on across the road, however we have had long let rentals in the building renew tenancies for 12 months, so it is not putting off renters. There may be WORKS going on (daytimes only) below the flat as the retail units are being refurbished this year

The apartment is in a semi high-rise building on a small road called St Giles High Street, opposite the pretty St Giles in the Fields Church.

This uniquely places the apartment at the direct meeting point of Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury and Holborn - in an area also known as Centrepoint, the West End and Theatreland.

The rooms overlook the intersection where the top of Charing Cross Road joins New Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Rd and Oxford Street (London's main shopping streets). There are views of East and West London in the distance, so you can get some terriffic sunrises and sunsets!

"Love this place!"

One of the best choices for this vacation. I stayed in two of the apartments. The first one, vety beautiful and the second one it really felt like home. Such a comfortable central area and I had a great night sleep even with all the construction was going on around the area. The funny thing is, it was so easy to find the way back, having that tall building tied next to other one. I truly recommend it to others who want to have a pleasant experience. Modern, comfortable and clean! I have not even a negative word to say about it and I'll definitely have consider it as a choice with no hesitation for the next time I'll be in London.

Thanks for your positive words and stays with us. It is good feedback for me with all the construction boom going on in central London that you were not disturbed by the ongoing Crossrail and street works. Please come back and see us soon!
