WHAT IS SO GOOD ABOUT THIS AREA?

Well..... Earl Spencer must have liked it, as he bought a flat for his daughter ....LADY Diana.... who then married Prince Charles and decided to .... rough it....!!!.... by moving down to Bucks House ( buckingham palace)

Also,

Diana's kids must also love it as they are practically seen WEEKLY at boujis around the corner ( The night Club made famous by William and Harry).... How convenient for them.... if they had too much to drink... from here to Kensington Palace is just a brief walk....

Also,

as it says in wiki pedia this is probably the most expensive real estate in the world !!!

Despite all this "posh" surroundings , the fabulous restaurants and shops do not be alarmed ...........there is also a Delicious old style kebab place !!!!! - only one...... that's it,...( here you are .......

( at the stretch between the Ferrari & Lamborghini showrooms on Old Brompton Road, for all those of you who know the area)

Open plan LARGE living room/dining room ( 330 sqft/32sqm) the dining

table is an 6-8 seater supplied by the fashionable chain Ligne-roset

can extend even further to accommodate up to 8.

The dining chairs are supplied by LIGNE ROSET of London.

The red swivel "egg-chairs" are bought from Harrods

modern fully tiled bathroom

kitchen with ceramic hob/air extractor(hood).

Fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher

Full cutlery, crockery set( very chic !)

There is a separate storage area that houses a washing

machine/dryer,

broadband , wireless internet

and satellite TV

Sleeps 4 in comfort but it Can sleep 6 on beds on extra beds) We can always

work around your needs),

We choose our dinner plates with care and try to be as trendy and practical as possible with our choice.

Similarly with our choice of linen,

there is NOT a single Duvet set that costs less than £200 ( yes, we do not shop at " bargain basement!!! we would like it to make it look and feel SPECIAL for you, with a great choice of pillow cases and throws

The outlook is that of a nice, bright , clean apartment

The Area: not much more to ask for, or wish for …

Museums…….. short walk may be 5 minutes , Natural History Museum, V& A Museum,

Science Museum...Albert hall... a bit further up.

Restaurants…….more than 800 ! within the square Km

Bars……………..hundreds

Hyde Park............ 7-9 minutes walk up the road

Harrods ...............10 minutes walk to your right

NO NEED FOR BUSES, you simply.......walk.....

everything is nearby

The 1st bedroom may be fitted with 1 Kingsize bed,, bed side

tables and lamps , a large full length mirror and vanity table

( it is a large bedroom for London

standards that

1 Kingsize bed ( firm mattress)

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed ( firm mattress)

We just bought the most comfortable and stylish sofa bed ( that is bed No3 in the apartment- it cost a little fortune £2700 !!!)

We can always work around your needs when

possible- (PLEASE look at the floor plans)

Now for an unpleasant story .....( thankfully the ONLY one..)

We have been letting this lovely apartment for some time...

As a result we have made lots and lots of friends and met wonderful guests from all over the world

It has been such a wonderful experience up till... last month ( march.2016.)

A family from Spain booked our apartment deliberately failing to disclose their time of arrival at the point of reservation.

They chose to divulge that they shall be arriving at 02.00 am !!! the day before they arrived. we were concerned and upset but as there were children in their group we agreed to be there to hand over the keys .....

They arrived at 03.00 am

There were no "thank you for staying up and waiting for us " but

Screams , shouts and rude behaviour from them

Instead of a " thank you for waiting " we were only to be told by the guest...in a subtle and uncivilised way..

" You are expected to do this !

you have no choice....

YOU must do it and you did it..."

Thankfully this incident has been a singular unpleasant experience, as,

ALL of our other guests have been Wonderful and impeccably mannered, indeed we have been so lucky .

If you intend to arrive outside Normal hours ( 20.00 pm hrs), It is important that you let us know YOUR ARRIVAL TIME , in advance, before you proceed with the reservation so we can agree /or reject if we are unable to cope with your times
