This luxury three-double bed apartment is on the second floor of a small apartment block. Newly refurbished in modern neutral colours, this apartment has three double bedrooms and one kitchen/lounge. The lounge contains a plasma TV and two 2-seater sofas. There is one bathroom with WC, sink, full-size bath and one separate shower room. There are approximately 47 stairs to climb to reach this apartment and no lift.
Maid service Monday - Friday (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Our 3 bedroom apartment (sleeps up to 6) is located on the 2nd floor of this historic, architecturally listed building, just a stone's throw from the Royal Opera House, on the North Eastern side of Covent Garden.
It provides easy access to Long Acre and the multitude of other shopping streets and a short walk from the Piazza and Covent Garden Market Buildings. It lies in the heart of Theatreland and just a few minutes' walk of Covent Garden Underground.
Covent Garden lies in the heart of Central London and was originally home to London's fruit and vegetable market. It is now the hub of London's Theatreland and other important entertainment venues, the most important of which is the imposing Royal Opera House in Drury Lane. Most venues lie within five to ten minutes' walk of our apartments.
Covent Garden houses the London Transport Museum and most of London's tourist attractions - including the London Eye - lie within easy travelling distance.
A wealth of street entertainment can be found in the famous Piazza. The former Market Building now contains an exotic mix of small shops, cafés and bars as well as the famous Apple Market stalls selling antiques, jewellery, clothing and gifts. Whilst King Street now contains the largest 'Apple' computer store, by contrast, Neal Street, Neal's Yard and Seven Dials and many of the neighbouring streets are littered with independent retailers selling a large selection of interesting and unusual items.
The area contains a very large number of old pubs as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafés to suit every taste. There are also several supermarkets for those who wish to cater for themselves.
Our apartments all lie within a few minutes' walk of either Covent Garden (Piccadilly Line) and / or Leicester Square (Northern Line) Underground Stations as well as many public bus routes.

We stopped in the apartment when our son ran the London Marathon, it's location was an ideal base for us. It was cosy, clean and comfortable and close to Covent Garden tube station which made it easy to get around London. It has the benefit of being on the doorstep of all that Covent Garden has to offer.
Brilliant location, spotlessly clean and very roomy of Central London. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for being accommodating in letting us leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Much appreciated.
“Perfect apartment for a weekend stay with friends & family”
Communication with the booking company was courteous and prompt at all times, in fact asking about our stay beyond just the apartment. Although we were not meet onsite, instructions to gain entry were simple to follow. We used this as a base while our son competed in a Charity Half Marathon starting and finishing in Hyde Park. So this was the perfect position for him on the tube. also perfect for us and our friends from the north London terminals. Location from Covent Garden tube, is less than five minutes stroll, looking in all the shop windows! Royal Ballet is literally 2 minutes the other way. Absolutely the right spot for access to everything central London has to offer, mostly within walking distance. Although we are country dwellers, and used to peace and quite, we were surprised at the lack of noise, all the windows had secondary glazing, we all got good nights sleep, importantly our 6' 2" son. The apartment itself is genuinely three double bedded rooms, with space to swing a cat in each. wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Bathroom with toilet and separate showroom. Seating area only two double settee's, with five of us a bit tight, but heck your in London what are you going to be seating around for. Kitchen is very well fitted out, our only compliant as traditionalist, although there was a cafetiere for coffee drinkers, there was NO teapot! Come on its Britian, a teapot please. Overall possibly, ready for a bit of paint, but everything was tip top. So if you think our only compliant was the teapot you'll understand how well we liked the apartment. We will use this apartment again if its available the next time we have to stay in London. (Only warning we stayed in apartment two, top floor, it is a narrow steep staircase. not a problem for us, but could imagine it could be for less able bodied)
Easy access to keys to this apartment by contact from agent. The main things I consider when staying away from home are the beds, the shower, the location and whether I'll get a good night's sleep. All these were met at Royal Ballet Apartment. The place was clean, the kitchen was serviceable and the washer/dryer worked, albeit with a few minor issues that we seemed to have with all combo washer-dryers. The height of the windows meant there wasn't a good view from a seated position, but that's why you don't stay inside when you are on holiday. The stairs are narrow, winding and very steep, and would be trouble for the older person, or those with heavy luggage. I would probably return because of the location, from where we could walk to most of London's tourist attractions, and of course enjoy the entertainment at Covent Garden.
“Can't beat location but noisy in apartment 2”
If you want to be in the center of London, this is it. Corner of two busy streets and 3 blocks from the Strand. All windows open to either Long Acre or Bow Streets. A lot of traffic noise, noisy partiers until all hours, street cleaners in the middle of the night, recommend you bring your earplugs. Flat itself reminded me of a college apartment. Inexpensive furniture, white walls, very little art work on walls. Beds not the most comfortable. Kitchen was ok although no washing machine supplies were supplied. Told there was a washer/dryer combo but never could figure out dryer and no washer/dryer instructions supplied. Maid was super sweet. She tried to help but never did find the instructions. Beware of the stairs. There is a steep curved stair to the first floor and another steep curved stair to the actual flat. Indigo Flats has one of the easiest sights to rent, secure payment and accessing that flat and they returned my deposit within a week of my stay. Sarah was super helpful with the renting process. Rated average because of the street noise. We had a couple of nights where there was someone loading what sounded like equipment or furniture at 2AM. They were very loud.
The flat was clean and comfortable, and it was possible for us to prepare complete meals with the tools provided. The location cannot be beaten. The management agency was easy to deal with and was very helpful. They even allowed us to enter the flat two hours before the scheduled time.
“Excellent apartment in central London”
This apartment is right in the middle of Covent Garden, with everything you want in need right outside your front door. It is well equipped, and nicely decorated. We were a group of friends travelling together, and the two bathrooms saved us queueing up in the morning. It was a great place to hang out together when we wanted to, and yet have our own bedrooms for privacy. I very much recommend this place. The service we received by Indigo flats was also excellent.
“Un excellent rapport qualité/prix au coeur de Londres”
Nous étions 6 personnes (3 couples), nous sommes restés 2 nuits (du vendredi au dimanche) et nous sommes rentrés ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement correspond bien au descriptif et aux photos. Les + : - la situation centrale dans le quartier très animé de Covent Garden - appartement très agréable : neuf, lumineux, spacieux, très propre - le calme : aucun bruit de l'extérieur grâce au double-vitrage - 3 chambres doubles séparées - 1 sdb avec WC + 1 salle de douche séparée - chauffage central réglable - l'accès à internet - la procédure pour récupérer les clés et les rendre qui permet d'être assez libre sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Les - : - il faut verser une caution à l'avance d'un montant de 300 GBP (attention, elle est encaissée). Par contre, nous n'avons eu aucun souci pour la récupérer : elle a été reversée sur notre compte 5 jours après notre départ. - le coin salon-cuisine est petit pour 6 personnes - la literie n'est pas de très bonne qualité : les matelas sont mous et grincent. - pas de réception ni de bagagerie Au final, cet appartement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes et, en plus, il nous est revenu à moins cher qu'un hotêl, donc je le conseille vivement !
“Location, location, location!!”
This is a fabulous apartment right in the heart of Covent garden and only a 5 minute walk to Leicester Square. It was easy to find and the key collection and drop off is very straight forward. The apartment has 3 good size double rooms, is well equipped and is spacious, clean and modern. There's pattiserie'sopposite on two sides and a M&S food hall 30seconds in the other direction. The stairs are a little steep but no problem for us.
