Residents also have access to hotel facilities at additional cost (inc Spa, Pool and Gym)The apartment is over the 4th and 5th floors of the building. There are two guest double bedrooms on the 4th floor (one ensuite) and third mezzanine room above the living room which is typically used as a third bedroom (it has 2 foldout single sofa beds which can be put side by side for a double). If not needed as a third bedroom, the mezzanine has also in the past been used as a reading room or as a kids play area (we have plenty of board games and puzzles).We have 2 further foldout mattresses and one travel cot available on request. These can be placed in either bedroom. The 5th floor area is an open plan Kitchen/Living Room.CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMESCheck-in is typically any time after 4pm and Check-out strictly by 10am. I will certainly try to be flexible and it depends very much on how tight the turnaround is between your booking and the ones before and after. If your needs require an early check-in for example, I have often accommodated the needs of the tenants where possible but this must be by prior arrangement so please email me about your needs and I will try my best to accommodate.BEFORE REQUESTING A BOOKING, PLEASE READ THIS:Please remember, this is not a business. We are welcoming you into our own home. While we use it ourselves most of the time, we make it available on occasion when we are away. “Beautiful apartment in an incredible location!”
We absolutely loved staying in this gorgeous apartment! The amenities were fantastic and the location is perfect for enjoying the delights of London as you can get everywhere so easily. We would highly recommend breakfast at the restaurant, 'German Gymnasium' around the corner!
Yaz was a wonderful host - he responded quickly to questions and communicated often. The property was clean, comfortable and beautiful. My son loves trains so being able to stay in an actual train station was amazing. At the end of our stay we just hopped downstairs to take the Eurostar to Paris! It was a bit hot during our stay, but fans were provided in every room that kept us very comfortable. Lots of amenities - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, laundry detergent, adapters for electronics, Oyster cards for guest use, fruit, cereal, bread and coffee maker in the kitchen, etc. It's easy to get places because so many Tube lines are close by. The view is beautiful and quiet too! Highly recommended!
“Absolutely Fabulous Experience!”
This flat is located in the famous St. Pancras/Kings Cross Station that one sees in the Harry Potter movies. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt expected and SO welcome! There was fruit in the bowl on the table, breakfast items in the refrigerator, huge fluffy towels, fast Internet, Oyster cards (if we needed them), games and puzzles for our six-year-old, and a little book on the table with all the information we'd ever need! THIS is what you hope every vacation rental will be! Thanks so much to Yaz for a terrific London experience!
“Great Apartment. Great Location!”
What a great place to stay! We spent a long weekend here to celebrate our birthdays and it couldn't have been more perfect. Clean, well maintained and lots of little extras were thought about (Oyster cards provided, breakfast items, bread, milk, tea coffee and a fab fruit bowl.). The owner was very helpful and answered all emails promptly. Fantastic location for getting around London too. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend it to others. With any luck we'll return one day!
“Wow amazing apartment in a great lcaotion and the owner was so accomodating”
Wow what an apartment! We went to London for the weekend to celebrate a 30th Birthday, there was a group of 10 so an apartment was a great option for the size of our party. It is in a lovely historical building in a great location near Kings Cross Station. The interior of the apartment is very modern and has great facilities. The owner couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. There were Oyster cards left for us and also bread,milk, tea/coffee and preserves. 5******* would definately recommend and will be using in the near future! Thank you for a great stay!
“The most fantastic weekend!”
From the moment of booking this apartment I knew that we would be in for a real treat. Yaz made the whole process so easy, in terms of payment, directions, instructions for key collection and departure. On entering the apartment we were welcomed with a beautifully tidy 'home from home', a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, tea, coffee, cereals, milk. The apartment is spacious; it accommodated 8 of us comfortably. It is clean, well furnished and there's a huge selection of books including guide books and board games (in the secret hiding place that is the coffee table!). It is evident that this is a 'home' and not just another faceless hotel room/apartment. The spa facilities are top notch and the location could not have been better. I can't wait to return.

Just returned from a fabulous weekend break at this amazing apartment. Started with some great conversations with the owner Yaz to ensure would suit our needs and it definitely lived up to expectations. Beautiful appt right next to Kings Cross so very accessible to tube / bus services - Oyster cards provided to make life easier. Fresh fruit and breakfast welcome pack, was lovely touch along with a book detailing all key facts. Immaculate accommodation - even fans provided in rooms as still so hot this time of year. We were a group of 8 girls celebrating a birthday weekend, we will definitely be back no hesitation. Thank you Yaz
“The Perfect London Apartment to Complement our London Experiences!”
Imagine taking in the wonderful experiences offered by London each day and then returning to your castle home with all the comforts you could possibly want. Staying at Yaz's apartment at St. Pancras Chambers was among the best decisions we made when planning our 8 day holiday in London. Our group included 3 generations, 6 of us ranging in age from 11 to 69. Our host made us feel most welcome upon our arrival with fresh fruit, bread, milk, cereal, coffee, tea and more. Oyster cards and plenty of guide books were most helpful. Shops, restaurants, cafes, M&S market, are all within the building; a great advantage, along with the transportation right there. The entire rental process was made easy for us by Yaz with his kind and prompt attention to our every need. The St. Pancras building is stunning and we loved the smart design of Yaz's apartment. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in the place which all those walking by stop to admire.

“Perfect Apartment in Fantastic Location”
My family and I had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment situated in a beautiful listed Victorian building. The apartment inside is ultra modern, spacious and airy, and the owners have considered and provided everything to ensure all needs are catered for making for a hassle free stay! The kids loved thefree WIFI and coffee/drinks machine, and the provision of bread milk and fruit on our arrival was a great touch too. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London, and would have no hesitation in recommending this rental to otherd. Thanks again Yaz !
