“We loved our stay at Grosvenor Waterside!”

My five daughters and I visited London for a family wedding and stayed for a week at this flat. We found ourselves to be very conveniently located and we were able to get about London with little difficulty from the flat. We purchased Oyster Cards for Zones One and Two, which allowed us to catch a bus just a couple of minutes from our flat or the Tube just a 10 minute walk. There was a Sainsbury market right next to our flat where we were able to get provisions for breakfasts and snacks; we ate all our other meals on the go. The flat itself was very secure with a key needed to enter the building. The two bathrooms with 2 showers and a tub served our group well, and we also appreciated the added convenience of a washer/dryer appliance in the flat. Minor repairs were requested and acted upon quickly. The only suggestion I would make would be that the appliances (stove, washer/dryer) were a little difficult to figure out how to use, and written instructions would have been helpful. All in all, this was a very comfortable "home base" for our adventures in London.

This apartment is in a new complex right next to the river Thames, and conveniently located near Sloane Square and Victoria Station tubes. There is a mini-market called Sainways, adjacent to the property. Very convenient. Each tube station (Sloane and Victoria) is only about a 10 minute walk in either direction. Invest in an Oyster card that you can use on the tubes, and the buses. If you do any day tours, there's one that you can catch at Victoria Coach Station, right across the street at the Victoria Train/Tube Station and the Apollo Theatre is just up the street from Victoria. The only drawback was all appliances are push button and we couldn't figure out how to use them, and/or were difficult to figure out. The Washer/Dryer combo didn't work to our advantage either because we couldn't get it to dry our clothes. It could have been just us though; perhaps someone else won't experience any problems with them. The apartment in and of itself is modern, and very clean. We fully recommend this apartment for your stay in London. We had a wonderful time, and marveled at the beautiful area where this apartment is. The area, stores, and beautiful architecture is breathtaking in the whole area of Westminster.
