Testament to the care that was taken over the design, there is a handy breakfast bar for more casual munching. And we love to save the best for last: there is a private terrace garden, with a BBQ to boot, just to add one last luxury to the list.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (5ft wide), access to the terrace, and lovely double doors that bathe the room in light. There are hefty curtains as well (so you won’t be disturbed if you want to sleep in). A second bedroom can be made up as two twins or a king (5ft wide). The bathrooms, in keeping with the rest of the property, have been tastefully designed. The first has a bath with a built-in showerhead, basin, cosmetic mirror and sink. A second bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

Access & Layout

The apartment is situated on the lower ground floor with one short flight (about 10 steps) of external stairs leading down to the front door. Once inside, the property is arranged across one level.

On Your Doorstep

Local amenities such as grocery stores and ATMs are close by, as well as a diverse array of restaurants and cafes. Chimes offers hearty English food in a cosy and delightful setting, or perhaps try Goya a lively Spanish Tapas bar. Whatever your mood you’ll find it nearby. The Ivy Lettings team recommends the fantastic Farmer’s market in Orange Square on Saturday mornings - great to gather supplies for a picnic or for a home cooked feast. Don’t forget you are close to the theatres and high-end fashion of Knightsbridge and Chelsea. They are only a half hour walk for the light footed, or short trip on a bus or tube for those who wish to take their exercise inside the shops instead of on the way! Victoria or Pimlico tube stations are a quick stroll away and offer fast connections to the rest of the city.
