A generously proportioned 1,500 sq ft 3 bedroom luxury penthouse apartment located close to Farringdon station and Chancery Lane tube station in the popular MidTown Zone 1 district of Clerkenwell. This is conveniently located between the City and the West End.
Available for corporate and family lets for minimum period of 1 week.

“Home away from home!”
The flat was absolutely wonderful. An elevator took you to the 6th floor of the absolutely comfortable, clean, spacious flat. Looking through the window you had a peek of St. Paul's Cathedral, from another window you got a glimpse of the Post Office Tower. The flat had everything that one could possibly need, from a pin to an anchor, anything you could need, the host had already thought of it and was available. The location was excellent, the bus stop, the tube station were literally across the road. Boots, Tesco and Sainsbury were less than a minute walk away. As we like to walk, we were able to walk to Museum of London, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tate Modern and even to Marble Arch! Not to mention the numerous restaurants! That's just an indication of how central the location is! Last, but certainly not least, Sandy the host, is very organised and he has a book that explains EVERYTHING! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and staying at this property. The general view was that this property was now the benchmark from which ALL other properties would be judged! I will have no hesitation in staying here again, and will certainly recommend this property. THANK YOU Sandy!

“Nice owners, spacious, clean, comfortable”
Very easy to communicate with the owners. They responded immediately when I put forth our request. We chatted by phone in advance to clarify the setup and to book securely by credit card. They met us at the apartment to explain the details of how things work. Apartment is very pleasant, well maintained and stocked, clean, spacious, and light filled. Very comfortable for a family of six. The living area was large enough not to feel cramped with all of us together and the dining table easily seated the six of us. Entrance is unimpressive and rather shabby. There is a lift to take you to the top floor. There are two “window coolers” and several fans to help with the air flow. One kept leaking, so we turned it off and we didn’t use the other one. There were enough fans for the bedrooms, to keep us relatively comfortable but certainly not to the temps that most US folks might be accustomed to. (This has been our experience with other European apartments.) Beds were comfortable. The location is a few steps to the Farringdon underground station, which provides transportation to the entire city and has a direct line to Gatwick Airport. That station is undergoing a massive construction project, which is across the street and outside the window of part of the living area and one bedroom. While here they worked around the clock, which interfered somewhat with the folks sleeping in that one area. It was too warm to close the window but the fan helped dampen the noise. Of course, that will be a temporary situation. Also, if it's cool enough, the windows can be closed and they are double glazed and therefore very quiet. The neighborhood itself is not very interesting, filled with office workers during the day and pretty dead in the evening. There are two convenience stores nearby, to help stock up food for breakfast. There are a number of restaurants nearby.. (The owner left recommendations for nearby dining...some of which were quite nice.) Although it’s not situated in a neighborhood with attractions, it is a 1.4 mile walk to Trafalgar Square, an example of how close it is to some of the main London destinations. I am giving this apartment five stars, primarily for its good value, comfort, spaciousness, light, comfort, proximity to transport, and ease of working with the owners. It always felt good to return to it after a busy day of touring.
“Lovely flat, highly recommended”
I have nothing but the highest praise for this penthouse rental, its location, and its owner. The flat is clean and uncluttered, luxuriously spacious, has lots of natural light and all the appointments you could need. My group of four adult family members immediately felt at home and knew we'd found the ideal base for our London vacation. It is located right across the street from two Underground lines and even a national rail station. It's close to all the major attractions but removed enough to be free from the noise and crowds of downtown. The neighborhood itself is very safe and offers many nearby pubs and restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. But it was the owner, Sandy, who really made this vacation special for us. From start to finish he was communicative and personable, but he also went the extra mile: One of my sons has special needs and travelling with him, especially internationally, involves a large amount of logistics. Luckily for us, Sandy kindly offered his assistance and did much to ensure that there were no wrinkles for us. We will certainly return to London one day soon, and to the Farringdon Penthouse!

Квартира просторная, чистая. Бесплатный Wi-Fi. В эркере оборудован полукабинет. Там стоит стоол с канцелярскими принадлежностями и два принтера. Два санузла. На кухне есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина. До метро Fearringdon ~ 50м пешком. До Собора святого Павла 7-10 минут пешком, до центра 20 минут пешком. Из подъезда направо магазин продуктов Sainsbury (типа "Пятерочки" только чуть меньшего размера). Прямо напротив подезда расположен английский паб. За 3-4 GBP можно позавтракать (Яйцо, тосты, охотничьи колбаски,бекон, фасоль, чай). На обеде там ни разу не были,а на ужин лучше приходить до 18-00, потом местный офисный планктон заполоняет все существующие в городе заведения. Вобщем по совокупности апартаментам твердая "5"
We stayed for one week there! The flat has a beautiful view and great location near Metro Farlington station and . Traveler only spend for 15~20 minutes to Oxford Circus by bus from the living. The flat is really clean and comfortable!
