The flat is situated on the sixth floor and is located at the rear of the building, so there is a tranquil atmosphere at night. There are three lifts in the lobby, and 24-hour concierge. The living room and bedroom are light, airy rooms, overlooking a small courtyard. The living room has a bed settee, chairs, drop leaf table, sideboard, large flat screen TV, and WiFi. The kitchen is small, but has all the necessary equipment (oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee press, fridge). There is a washer/dryer located in the flat's entrance lobby. The bedroom has build-in wardrobes, and double bed. The shower bathroom has a shower stall, wash basin, and toilet.

Within a twenty minute walk to the east you will pass by St.Paul's Cathedral, Millennium Bridge, and Tate Modern, and a similar walk to the west you will pass by The Savoy on the Strand, Trafalgar Square etc. Aldwych and the Strand theatreland is five minutes' walk away (including Theatre Royal at Drury Lane, the Aldwych, Lyceum, and Adelphi Theatres among others). Hatton Garden is just at the top of Fetter Lane and is the London centre for the diamond and jewellery trade, so window-shop at De Beers. There is a surprising amount of greenery very close by at Lincoln's Inn Fields and Temple Gardens. The Thames is less than five minutes away. There are five train stations within a ten minute walk – Chancery Lane, St.Paul's, City Thameslink, Temple, and London Blackfriars. City Thameslink has a direct 24 hour service to Luton and Gatwick airports. City Airport is close by. About 15 bus routes are within a minute's walk, including numerous night services. So all in all, London's tourist attractions are within easy grasp. On a practical note, there is a Sainsbury's supermarket three minutes' walk at the northern end of Fetter Lane and it is open 7 days a week and there are eateries in nooks and crannies in the neighbourhood. Try Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese at 145 Fleet Street, one of the oldest pubs still standing in London, and one of Charles Dickens' favourite haunts.
Please remember that central London is a nightmare for car users – not just the £10 per day inner city congestion charge, but also there is strictly controlled on-street parking (usually between the hours of 08:30 and 19:00; £4 per hour for a maximum stay of 4 hours on most meters). As the location is so central, walking is a good alternative, otherwise try the city-sponsored Barclay Cycle Hire with bike stands throughout town.
The cost is £750 weekly for two, £800 weekly for three, £140 weekdays and £150 Fri - Sat . There is a £90 let-in/end-of-rental cleaning charge, and a damage deposit of £300 (this is returned at the end of the stay).
