Within walking distance from the apartment are some great bars, restaurants and grocery shops, plus there is an award winning park just minutes from the property.The PropertyThe property is private, comfortable and modern inside, with everything that one needs for the perfect stay. The entire space is recently refurbished and is clean, modern, light and sunny. The funky living area comes with a large and very comfortable sofa plus dining table and chairs. It is spacious and includes a brand new flat screen TV with 50+ channels. Secure wireless Internet access is provided throughout the property. The cool double bedroom has a comfortable double bed, lots of storage space for all of your belongings and a vanity table for the ladies.The property has everything one needs to prepare a wholesome meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle. There is also an oven, microwave oven and stove. Additional cleaning services can be arranged if required.The Local AreaIn the local area there are grocery stores, restaurants, a bank, dry cleaning, post office and a bookshop nearby. There is also a large Tesco supermarket close by, which is useful for stocking up an all of your holiday essentials. Kennington Park is an award winning park, and is just a five minute stroll away.The nearest tube/underground station is Kennington Station, just two minutes' walk away, and from there it is just 5 minutes (2 stops) to Embankment Station, which is right at the heart of London's West End. If you prefer to travel by bus the area is served by local buses which also go into the West End, the City and beyond.Eurostar at St Pancras Station is eight stops on the Northern Line (twenty minutes). Heathrow Airport is accessible on the Northern/Piccadilly line (one hour), and Gatwick Airport can be reached via Victoria Station, on the Gatwick Express (every fifteen minutes). Waterloo Station is ten minutes away on the 59 bus, or a fifteen minute walk.
1. The property sleeps two people only. people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.
2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours.
3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately.
4. No pets/animals please in the flat or in the building.
5. Smoking is not allowed in this apartment whatsoever.
6. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid for of identification.
The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check
We understand that sometimes flights are sometimes late at night, early in the morning or sometimes delayed. However for very late or early check-in a Late Check-in Fee is charged.
This is to cover the cost of sending someone to your property outside of normal working hours. London is a big city, travel at night or early morning is not always easy, and our greeters often come from quite far away to check you in.

8 - 10pm and 7 - 8am: £30
