Just under a 15 minute walk from Fulham Broadway Underground station is this lovely townhouse. There's lots of space for a family, with two living areas and a large private garden.

To the right of the entrance hallway is a generously proportioned living and dining area. With windows at either end of the room, it is incredibly light and beautifully furnished. There's a gas fireplace and a couple of cream sofas and a large ottoman for extra seating. The other half of this room is the dining area. A long table seats eight people comfortably and it is a great place for an evening meal or less formal breakfast.

Downstairs to a delightful kitchen. Finished immaculately in white it's modern, well proportioned and light owing to its glassed patio doors. There is a large American style fridge/freezer and all the appliances you would expect from a home of this standard. For a casual snack there is a bar style work top with two stools.

The garden is perfect for families looking to enjoy the warm summer months. It is very private and boasts a lot of greenery and outdoor furniture, ideal for alfresco dining or simply just relaxing on with a book.

The kitchen leads through to the second living area; better described as a 'snug' it is cosy and warm - making an excellent retreat. There is a wood burning fireplace, a sofa, brown leather armchair, flat screen television with satellite connection and a coffee table. There's also a small bureau/desk with a chair and an array of shelves brimming with books reflecting the owners' passion for cooking. On request we can place an extra luxury air mattress in the living room which can accommodate a further two people.

Up on the first floor is the big family bathroom. There's a bath, separate waterfall shower, heated towel rail, oversized basin and a WC.

On the second floor are two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed - with a built in television! Next to this bedroom is another double room. This room is furnished with a free standing wardrobe and two bedside tables.

Up on the top floor is the third bedroom with a single bed, which pulls out into another double. There is a chest of drawers, free standing wardrobe and a wall mounted mirror.

Set in a lovely suburban area of West London, and benefiting from excellent transport connections into the centre of the Capital. Within a 5 minute walk from the property is the lovely restaurant Joe's Brasserie, perfect for a summer evening glass of wine or a warming winter meal. In the event of a special occasion, Fulham even boasts its own Michelin Star restaurant within 5 minutes of Fulham Broadway! You're just under a 15 minute walk to Fulham Broadway tube (or a shorter bus ride) which will whisk you to the Museums of South Kensington in about 10 minutes and on to Soho and Covent Garden in about 20 minutes.

Fulham is a green and affluent suburb within close reach of many famously extravagant places such as Chelsea and Kensington too. There are ample parks and open spaces such as Fulham Palace Gardens, Eel Brook Common and Parsons Green which are the largest, and where you'll often see runners, cyclists and families picnicking in the summer months.

Most of the residential roads in Fulham are lined with trees and the houses are often painted in different pastel shades. Fulham Palace is a beautiful medieval building and offers a delightful Tudor courtyard, an 18th century garden hosting contemporary sculptures and a museum which houses the Palace's history.

You are rarely far from a decent gastro pub with favourites The White Horse – affectionately known as 'the Sloaney Pony' - and Aragon House both close by in Parsons Green. The corner of Lillie Road by Munster Road hosts a number of boutique antique shops, and has been dubbed 'Munster Village' after the Victorian and Edwardian houses situated along its pretty streets. There are a number of organic food shops, coffee bars and restaurants which make the area very appealing to professionals, couples and families looking for a slightly quieter stay, without compromising on style or local amenities.

Nearby New Kings Road also boasts some exclusive interior design shops and galleries, particularly as it begins to merge with the Kings Road towards Chelsea. Fulham is also a great area for sports lovers who can enjoy a variety of Premier League venues with Fulham Football Club, Chelsea Football Club and Queens Park Rangers all based in the neighbourhood.
