This stylish home offers plenty of space, a garden, and a great location in West London.
Enter the property and you'll find a spacious double sitting room, with two sofas, two chairs and a stylish cream woodburner in the fireplace. This is a very homely space with cream carpets, warm coloured rugs and furnishings, and interesting artwork on the walls. There's a collection of books, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and French windows onto the garden.
The kitchen at the back of the house is very welcoming, with tiled floors, cream cupboards, wooden worktops and a pretty table with chairs and a bench for eating. The glass roof above this space makes it a lovely dining area. It is well-equipped with everything you'd want, including a hob and oven, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. There is another set of French windows here which also open out onto the garden, which has a lawn, a patio area with seating and even a hammock!
Upstairs you will find the first bedroom with a double bed, lots of built-in cupboard space, shuttered windows and an original fireplace. The second bedroom on this floor has a single bed, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony which overlooks the garden. The third bedroom, also on this first floor, has a single bed, a fireplace and two chests of drawers. There is a family bathroom on this floor with a bath tub and a shower attachment, two sinks and a loo.
The top floor is home to the master bedroom, with a double bed, bedside tables, chests of drawers and velux windows. This spacious room also has a large en suite bathroom. There's a modern bath, a separate glass shower unit, a loo, a sink and a heated towel rail.
There's also a guest loo on the ground floor.
The West London neighbourhood of Chelsea is very upmarket and a sought-after area for both tourists and locals. There are plenty of fine dining restaurants, trendy bars and cafes in the area to enjoy a luxury lifestyle, and head to the Harbour nearby for a drink with a great view. The river is only 5 minutes away, and it's a lovely walk from here up along the Thames path – why not stop off at 'The Waterside', a popular bar and restaurant?
New King's Road is only a 15 minute stroll away with lots of boutique shops and cafes, and continue North along it onto the King's Road for many more designer brands.
The nearby area of Parson's Green is also home to lots of upmarket eateries and gastropubs, including the well-known pub The White Horse, affectionately nicknamed 'the Sloaney Pony' after the Sloane Square/Chelsea locals who often drink there. There are also some lovely green spaces nearby for a walk or a picnic – South Park is only 5 minutes away, or there's Eel Brook Common too.
For transport, Imperial Wharf is only a 10 minute walk away and joins the overground tube line. From here you can be at Westfield Shopping Centre in 8 minutes, where you can also join the Central line. You can get to Oxford Street for shopping from Imperial Wharf in 24 minutes too. For the Natural History, the Victoria & Albert and the Science Museums, head to South Kensington - hop on at Imperial Wharf and change to the District line, which can take you to many other top locations in the city too.

The London region
Fulham is a green and affluent suburb within close reach of many famously extravagant places such as Chelsea and Kensington too. There are ample parks and open spaces such as Fulham Palace Gardens, Eel Brook Common and Parsons Green which are the largest, and where you'll often see runners, cyclists and families picnicking in the summer months.
Most of the residential roads in Fulham are lined with trees and the houses are often painted in different pastel shades. Fulham Palace is a beautiful medieval building and offers a delightful Tudor courtyard, an 18th century garden hosting contemporary sculptures and a museum which houses the Palace's history.
You are rarely far from a decent gastro pub with favourites The White Horse – affectionately known as 'the Sloaney Pony' - and Aragon House both close by in Parsons Green. The corner of Lillie Road by Munster Road hosts a number of boutique antique shops, and has been dubbed 'Munster Village' after the Victorian and Edwardian houses situated along its pretty streets. There are a number of organic food shops, coffee bars and restaurants which make the area very appealing to professionals, couples and families looking for a slightly quieter stay, without compromising on style or local amenities.
Nearby New Kings Road also boasts some exclusive interior design shops and galleries, particularly as it begins to merge with the Kings Road towards Chelsea. Fulham is also a great area for sports lovers who can enjoy a variety of Premier League venues with Fulham Football Club, Chelsea Football Club and Queens Park Rangers all based in the neighbourhood.
