“Perfect location!”

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in the Bedford apartment. LDG was very responsive and helpful, including meeting us at the apartment a little earlier than expected (which was especially helpful after the overnight flight!). The apartment itself is beautiful and includes everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The extra sofabed in the living room was helpful and comfortable, and the washer was great to have. The best part though, was the location. Being a very short walk away from tube stops at Leicester Square, Charing Cross, and Embankment meant that we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go very easily. It was a perfect location for a very ambitious site-seeing itinerary! We'd highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again if we can!

“Location, Location, Location - Awesome”

You won't find a better located apartment if you want to be central to everything. The apartment is located in a small lane off Maiden Lane (which is very close to Bedford St, Chandos Ave and the Strand). The tube stations for Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Embankment are a 5 minute walk away. Maiden Lane is full of cafes and bars including the great Polpo and you are literally a 20 metre walk away from Wahaca Covent Garden, which is excellent for a cheap and good Mexican meal. The apartment has a great roomy shower with good options (both rainwater shower and traditional shower) and good water pressure. The upstairs master bedroom is really comfortable and there is a good amount of storage in the cupboards (congratulations on the amazing amount of coat hangers in each cupboard - excellent). There is a smaller single room on the same level as the master bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there is a lovely size lounge room and fully functional kitchen. I loved the feeling of space in this apartment. The welcome pack with biscuits (cookies) supplied by LDG was a nice touch. The apartment also comes with some little services that you often don't get in an owner apartment (e.g. soaps, toilet paper). The only downsides I see are that there is no air conditioning, so I would find this hot in summer. Whilst you can open the windows, there is a lot of nightlife downstairs and it would be too noisy with them open. However, the double glazing is extremely effective and it is really quiet to sleep here at night. The only other thing is that mobility impaired or people with very young children may have difficulties with the stair arrangements - you have to walk up three flights of steps to the front door (no lift) and inside the apartment there is a set of reasonably steep spiral steps to the upper level. However, I loved it here, especially the fact that when your theatre show finishes, you have a 5 minute walk back to the apartment and don't need to bother with a taxi. Getting into the apartment was easy and seamless, the rental manager arranged for someone to meet us on the street and they were there when they said they would be. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the free wifi was fast and reliable.

“Awesome Location”

My family of four (including two teenagers) stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. The location is awesome. I could not believe how close we were to Covent Garden for dinner and shopping, a grocery store down the block and subway less than 5 minute walk away. Covent Garden is literally around the corner. You are right in the heart of many things to do in London. The Thames River is a short 10 minute stroll to the riverbank for a great view of the London Eye. The apartment was nicely equipped and was just as pictured. The rental agency was very flexible to work with when we arrived later than planned due to traffic. The only reason I did not give this apartment a 5 is it can be noisy when the windows are open. We were there during 80 degree weather which was awesome, but there are a couple of pubs on the corner that were noisy until after midnight and then the garbage trucks and construction picked up in the early morning hours.

The highlight of our stay in London. We will definitely stay here again. A home away from home. The apartment is beautiful, equipped with modern amenities but at the same time full of character. It provided everything we needed to make our visit an experience to remember. Ideally situated in the heart of Covent Garden where there is an amazing choice of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance we found the British Museum and Trafalgar Square with the National Gallery. Also very close by to London's Theatres.
