A large double reception / living room on ground floor greets you as you enter the property, leading onto very spacious open plan fully-equipped kitchen/dining table (for 8) and family room with large television and sofa. This opens onto a private patio with BBQ and 50ft west-facing garden. The basement comprises laundry room, playroom (filled with toys!) with futon and TV and DVD player and a separate WC/cloakroom.
