This cozy, modern one-bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of lovely Upper Street, Angel, N1. Completely refurbished to a high standard and carefully decorated, the apartment is a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. This entire 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with cozy open plan living room and kitchen area is located on the 1st floor above street level. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, and automatic central heating.
Just minutes away from London's most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from the Business Design Centre in Angel, and many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles is available nearby.
If you have good luck you will meet our favorite Mayor of London - Boris Johnson - while he goes shopping as he chose Angel as his home. Islington is well known for nightlife and theatre and offers an impressive range to rival the West End.
There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.
The flat contains a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with fridge and freezer, ceramic hob and oven-microwave, and all utensils. . Enjoy a morning coffee from the latest Nespresso coffee machine with a wide selection of flavor capsules and variety of mugs. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry. There is a folding dinner table and stools.The couch converts to a double sofa-bed in the living room, and an extra guest bed is available for people wanting to sleep separately. A baby crib can be offered as well.
The entertainment system includes a 32 inch digital plasma TV fitted with a Virgin media box for superb extra channels and recording shows, I-pod/I-phone speakers and docking station. There is fiber optic wireless broadband throughout the flat (WIFI), and a courtesy UK mobile phone for your use during your stay. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too.
The bedroom hosts a double bed, and benefits from a bright and airy window. The apartment benefits from blackout blinds for total darkness for a comfortable night sleep, both in the bedroom and in the living room area.

-This apartment is ideal for up to 3-4 guests. We only allow 5 guests in exceptional circumstances or for very short stays. If you’re booking a short 2-4 days stay then you’ll welcome to have 5 guests (no need to ask).
- All bedding, sheets, and also towels are provided, included.
- Checkout cleaning and laundry are included as well.
A walk-in shower can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

The price also comprises of a long-term discount (for stays longer than 6 nights). And for longer than 30 nights even more. Moreover the rates include all bills and services from WIFI to gas, and council tax, etc. These are very significant but I took care of them for you. There's nothing extra to pay.

For your convenience we will meet you at the apartment on arrival so you don't have to go to any office to collect keys. We will provide you with 2 sets of keys and all information you will need for your stay.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking at the N1 centre in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Angel and Highbury-&-Islington underground stations are on the same street as the apartment. St.Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 20-minute walk away. Many buses into the center and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.
Famous for its nightlife, buzzing Angel offers an impressive choice of entertainment, from bars and restaurants, to renowned theatres such as the Almeida and Sadler's Well Dance Theatre. Several live music venues are also close by- the Union Chapel, O2 Academy Islington and The Garage to mention some.
