If you have good luck you will meet our favorite previous Mayor of London - Boris Johnson - while he goes shopping as he chose Angel as his home. Islington is well known for nightlife and theatre and offers an impressive range to rival the West End.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

This 3rd and 4th floor duplex apartment, served by stairways, has a newly renovated entrance and intercom with buzzer for secure entry. It is offered for short stays from 3 nights or 1 week to longer stays of 2-3 months. The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a lovely balcony with seating for a breath of fresh air.

Entertainment system includes a 42-inch plasma TV, cable TV service, DVD player, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. A courtesy UK mobile phone is provided for your use during your stay. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen. From Blender and other appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from the latest Nespresso coffee machine with a wide selection of flavor capsules and variety of mugs.

A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

The master bedroom hosts a double-size bed fitted with comfortable mattress, down pillows, and bedding. Blackout curtains and double glazed windows will ensure a peaceful nights rest. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can also be converted into a queen-size bed. This feature makes this room perfect for children or couples.

- Bed arrangements: double-size bed for 2 guests in master bedroom, two single twin beds, that convert together into a king size bed in second bedroom, sofa-bed in living room for 2 guests, plus an inflatable extra bed for extra guests wanting individual bed.

Rest assured that a quiet night sleep is guaranteed – This apartment is located on a substantially quitter block than the rest of this busy area.

For an unmatched rest experience, all bedrooms are located at the back of the property and have king size beds with mattresses bearing the latest technology of memory foam, one all-year cotton duvet and two pillows per guest, all dressed in the freshest and purest white linen.

There’s blackout blinds as well.

A bath and shower can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

We welcome children too, under adult supervision.

The apartment is located on Upper Street, that’s in the area of Angel, Islington, post code N1. Zone 1. You can see the location map here on the website, with precise location. Full address we provide after the reservation is made and we send together will all contacts and arrival instructions, as soon as you book it, but you can see the exact location on the map presented- just scroll down or click to see – MAP.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking at the N1 centre in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Transport and Attractions:

- Metro stations are on the same street as the apartment

- Eurostar st pancras station is just 5 bus stops away- 8 minutes- or 20min walk

• Angel Tube Station (5 min. walk on the same street as the flat)
