“Pleasant stay”

The location was great, very central,underground and buses nearby. Paul was very effective in communicating with us. The flat was clean and all we needed as there. Only negative point: the washing machine was not working fine but someone came to fix it the same day. Overall we ve enjoyed our stay

I can inform future guests that i have an utmost professional maintenance and management system and wonderful team to keep the apartment that way at all times. We replace most items every 3 years for new ones, repaint and maintain everything in top working order for your comfort. I have also added extra instructions on how to use washing machine and other appliances. Our guests from overseas at times have trouble working out English appliances.

I stayed in this apartment, as well as two others on the same street. Paulo and his team were so accommodating in finding availability in their several flats as my trip to London was so last minute. This apartment had great decor; it was so clean and modern. I forgot to bring shampoo so it was so nice to see that it was provided in the bathroom. The first day I was so jet lagged and just wanted to relax. I felt right at home with a grocery shop just downstairs and a kitchen to make a quick meal. The neighborhood was so charming and the perfect base for exploring the city with all sights so close by. I will definitely stay here again if I return to London.
