This magnificent apartment has been furnished to the highest specification and is in a fantastic central location in the heart of Lagos. Perfectly positioned close to shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and within a short walk to the historical town centre, cosmopolitan marina and beaches.

The elegant dining and spacious living area provide ample seating for 6.

For those of you who wish to keep a healthy mind, body and soul, you also have the added advantage of being able to have the use of indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and Gymnasium.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and access to a separate balcony with table and chairs. Two bathrooms, one en-suite with shower the other jacuzzi bath, shower and bidet.

Large living room with one sofa, one sofa bed, dining table seating six, 50" Smart TV ( all British channels) and surround sound in all rooms.

Also unlimited Wi-fi available.

Variety of board games/games provided including PS2 set in in second bedroom .

Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms

Linen change over provided weekly.

Ironing board,iron, clotheshorse, hairdryer provided.

Central vacuum system with access points throughout the apartment.

Secure shutters for privacy, security and keeping the apartment cool.

Video entry system.

Enclosed condominium, security entrance, videophone entrance to apartment, superb secure relaxing location.

There is a large outdoor pool, children's play area, and landscaped garden.

The apartment has private basement car parking.There are two lifts both of which service the ground floor entrance area and basement providing access to the swimming pool area and secure basement parking area.

There are electric shutters on all windows.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

There is a security breakage deposit of €150 which is also payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned to you once we have confirmation from our Lagos representative that everything is in order.

Apartment cleaned and linen changed weekly, towels provided in apartment ( Except beach towels)

Please note that discounts will apply for long lettings so please contact us if you require the apartment for longer than two weeks.

This is a fantastic apartment, very spacious, conveniently located to all the Lagos tourists spots. Kids didn't want to go home.

Arriving at this lovely and well appointed apartment made me feel immediately comfortable and relaxed particularly after a very long journey. It's location is ideal for easy walking into the town of Lagos and several supermarkets. Most importantly though are Darren and Julia, the owners, who take great care of their guests and very responsive to requests.

This apartment is beautifully decorated and kept to a high standard. It has everything you would need to enjoy an amazing holiday. The pools and jacuzzi are lovely and the whole place is kept very clean and tidy. The apartment is in a brilliant location for walking in to Lagos or to the beach and there is a great supermarket just around the corner. I want to live here! We love it and have stayed previously and will definitely stay again

We spent a week at this apartment and had a very relaxing and comfortable week at Darren & Julia's apartment. We were in email contact at the start of the booking and they were very accommodating regarding payments which was much appreciated. We got to the apartment in a private taxi booked through resort hopper which was good value and they took us straight to the apartment without hanging around the driver even stopped at a services so we could pick up water, milk and bread. We visited two local restaurants in lagos but preferred to cook the fresh fish bought from the daily market on the main road, the location is excellent with two big supermarket a few minutes away, we enjoyed wandering around the old town during the evening. The facilities are excellent, we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi. I used the running machine but it was far too hot so ran down the main promenade after 7pm which was more bearable. We travelled to Portimao and Praia da rocha by coach which was €8 for a return ticket, we then found it was cheaper to travel by train which was only €4 so we also ventured to Ferrugodo where we have stayed before. Watch out for trains as they have random strikes so don't rely on them. Would recommend visiting the Saturday market next to the bus station they sell local products and live chickens and rabbits! Would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and we will definitely return to these apartments.

Brilliant apartment, right on the edge of everything. Found the whole booking process simple, location ideal and the apartment had everything. Our only gripe was the food in the restaurants, we were here two years ago and found the quaility in all the restaurants to be quite sub standard. When we go back i would consider eating in a lot more, kitchen facilities are spot on.

This well located and tastefully furnished apartment lies close to the old town of Lagos and all its restaurants, shops and attractions and is a stroll away from the new marina and the adjacent beaches and coves. It is convenient for reaching other parts of the Algarve and is only a short journey by excellent roads from Faro Airport. The quieter western end of the Algarve and the Atlantic Coast has much offer and there is quite a lot to explore in the hinterland and surrounding hills. There are some really lovely inland towns and villages to discover as well as attractive coastal towns both large and small. All offer the special appeal of a Portguese welcome and style of living that is lacking in the more popular and developed parts of the eastern Algarve. This area offers peace and quiet, excellent food and easy access to whatever you want to do golf, surfing, touring, walking or simply exploring the delights of some of the best scenery in Portugal. All of this can be enjoyed while having the comfort of a comfortable and well equipped apartment close to shops, pubs and restaurants and local amenities. We are returning to Quintas das Palmeiras later this year and are looking forward to it very much,

How do damage deposits work?
