Description

This one bedroom apartment has all you need to enjoy a visit to Cambridge. With a king-sized bed, this apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults, plus we can provide a travel cot for an infant. Kitchen has everything you need if you choose to eat-in with enough table settings for 6. Bath includes a shower head.

A central location with views of the river and within minutes walk to all major shopping centres, this property is well placed whether you require access to colleges or business parks. It includes a parking space but also has good transport links. Take a walk along the river to the Fort St. George pub, or dine at Midsummer House. Whatever your interest, this apartment will serve you well.

“Great place”

The flat is big, extremly clean and well made There is everything you could need including tv fridge oven washing machine dishwasher and all essentials in cupboards it is great. Great view on the Cam and the park with the cows passing by so peaceful!! First floor 3mns walking from Grafton center, less than 10to market place perfect location to walk around! If we have to find something at our taste the bed was too noisy and curtains in the bedroom should be opaque but those are details all the rest was perfect for us (couple and little girl 3years old) We felt home Thank you so much ! We will surely be back

lovely flat in a beautiful quiet area near the city centre. spacious and well equipped kitchen with an amazing view on the river Cam and Midsummer common.

Convenient location, clean and the flat is as pictured. Hosts Heather and Faruk are very nice and responsive to inqueries. They are very helpful. Hopefully the flat will be available for our next cambdrige trip.

Un appartement très bien situé pour les visites du centre ville ou faire des excursions depuis la gare routière de Cambridge city center, proche des commerces, très calme, confortable, avec le plaisir de contempler presque un coin de campagne : les Meadows et leur "vie" : promeneurs, sportifs, vaches ... Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse, la patience et réactivité de Mme Heather Kara . Pour un nouveau séjour à Cambridge nous reprendrions sans hésiter cet appartement.

How do damage deposits work?

If Heather/Faruk (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
