"Great room in shared apartment near Place Rogier and the North Train Station"
The location of the apartment was just perfect for me, as I was on a work assignment at Place Rogier, which is just a block away (3 min walking!). Despite the fact I had reserved the “small” (“cute”) room, space and room amenities were more than enough for a great night´s sleep! Aida has a perfectly organized apartment with good quality, IKEA-style furniture. As there are three different rooms in the apartment sharing common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, eating room and a WC), Aida has taken care to the most unsuspected details to make sure everything is arranged for an easy and problem-less cohabitation: from areas dedicated to each room in the fridge to a washing and dryer machines, iron, tons of leaflets and info about Brussels and the surroundings, etc. That´s indeed a great value for money as compared to the price of a regular 3-4 star hotel in the area, with space and amenities that are far better than those of a typical hotel room. For those who do not mind sharing an apartment with other travelers, this is indeed a top place to stay in the northern part of Brussels´ centre. On the other hand, despite the proximity of the flat to the train station (from the huge kitchen´s window one can overlook the trains pass through the North Station), at night there are practically no trains, so no problem at all for those who are looking for a quiet place to sleep. The only thing I could have missed in the apartment would be a sofa and a TV, however in my case I wouldn´t have time to spend watching TV in any case. Thanks Aida for the great place you have created and I am looking forward to coming back soon again.

"Well designed and well equipped apartment"
The room has lots of natural light and is nicely furnished, as is the apartment as a whole. The hosts have been extremely thoughtful about all the things you might need during a stay, and include nice touches like chocolates on arrival.

This apartment is brilliantly equipped. Aida has thought about everything you could possibly need. It is extremely clean and modern. Don't judge the outside of the apartment block as you are paying for the location and the high spec finish. If you turn left from the apartment and go under the tunnel you are straight in the city centre area near the Hilton / Sheraton / Crowne Plaza. If you turn right (yes this is the red light area - but you can obviously choose to ignore it) is the Brussels North train station and metro. It's 2 minutes walk away. There are beggars but you can walk past and ignore. We went to Antwerp, Bruges and Ghent from the train station. Then also took the tube to different areas of the city centre. Overall I would definitely recommend the apartment. Aida and her husband are great hosts. Our trip was for my dad's birthday so Aida surprised him with a bottle of champagne. A lovely touch.

"Beautiful room in AMAZING apartment!"
My boyfriend and I had the privilege of staying in Aida's "Cute room" for 2 nights. Although the location can be a little bit deceiving, the apartment is absolutely amazing. Aida had welcome beers waiting for us in the fridge, a detailed map of Brussels and several other pamphlets that can in very handy during our stay! Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

Nice room, very close to Gare Nord and very close to Covent Garden (2 minutes). Clean, cosy, with a number of small things that will make you feel at home.

The room was clean with an incredible view and the host was very friendly. Aida had loads of information on hand to help us explore the city and the location was fabulous.

"Parfait pour une visite de Bruxelles, dans d'excellentes conditions"
Charmant appartement dans un immeuble qui ne paie pas de mine au premier regard, mais qui vous réservera une belle surprise une fois arrivés au 5ème !

"Small room but with all necessities"
I stayed just one night at this well located (but so not easy to find) shared apartment. I found it comfortable with a lot if thought put into what guests need, as nothing was missed - except a way to cool the room without having the window open. It was a hot night so the window needed to be open, which meant climbing on the bed to do it. The apartment is very close to the Gard de Nord which is a bonus but not at night, as the trains are continuos and very noisy - and I'm someone who is used to sleeping with a lot of traffic noise but in the end I had to opt for the hot room just to fall asleep - eventually. I had the smallest room so the larger rooms probably don't necessitate climbing on the bed to open the window and also, are possibly not so hot Everything was very clean. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. Aida has a professional, rather than warm approach.

"Very clean, very nice!"
If you don't mind the extremely small room ("Cute Room") then this place is great. We did not spend much time in Brussels (2 nights) so it was quite exceptional for us since we were out and about most of the time! The room is small and you must share the bathroom and kitchen, etc but the room is in near perfect condition. You can tell the rental is well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here and Aida was more than accommodating!
