Abbey Mews is a luxury 4 bedroom self catering holiday home in the heart of Georgian Bath. This enchanting 200 year old townhouse is located in a medieval cobbled lane just steps away from the Roman Baths and Bath's magnificent Abbey and a short stroll from the Bath Spa Railway Station.

It is ideal for families, friends and small groups wanting to spend time together in Bath. Sleeping up to 8 persons comfortably and with additional sofa beds can sleep 11. This townhouse offers style, privacy, exclusivity and independence during your stay in this World Heritage City.

There are 3 lovely and comfortably furnished double bedrooms with super king beds, which can be split into twin beds at your request and another smaller double bedroom - with a king bed! We also have an additional folding single bed which can be added to one of the bedrooms plus a double sofa bed available within the lounge for those extra people.

All the bedrooms are exquisitely furnished with each double bedroom following the original Georgian design. There is a beautiful family bathroom next to the master bedroom and an additional stylish shower room.

The townhouse has a magnificent wood paneled Drawing Room opening into a handsome withdrawing room, each providing a delightful space for entertaining or simply relaxing after a hard day of site-seeing and shopping.

You will also be delighted with the stunningly designed and professionally equipped kitchen, which is on the lower ground floor and with the Formal Dining Room with French Doors leading to the pretty Georgian style courtyard - offering another lovely space in which to relax or entertain.

Abbey Mews was designed originally in the 1700s to accommodate the elite and fashionable of Bath, so you can be assured that this lovely house will be perfect for you now!

“Lovely house on great location in the centre of historic Bath.”

We booked the house for a week to spend New Years Eve in Bath with our friends. The house was very comfortable, the beds great and everything was well thought of. It was so nice and special to be in the middle of the historic centre of Bath. We loved the nice restaurants just around the corner (Yak Yeti Yak), the rugby stadium on the other side of the bridge and the small theatre (Krowd Keepers) with magic acts. Perfect week on a perfect place!

I had my Hen Do here in July. It was fantastic! It is the perfect location as it is close to all the shops and bars but also very close to the station which was ideal for everyone who came by train. There was also a parking permit, which meant we didn't have to pay to park our car. It was easy to unload everything right outside and Dani was very friendly and welcoming when she showed us round. We were left some lovely welcome gifts including croissants for breakfast!! There were ten of us in total and it was very comfortable - plenty of space for all of us. There were lots of mirrors for getting ready and three sets of keys which was handy on the night out. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Wonderful position for exploring Bath. Characterful property which easily slept our family of 7. Liked the dining room on the lower floor, ideal for playing board games! Lovely to find milk, croissants, cookies and a welcoming card. Would certainly come again.

Four of us had a fabulous weekend here recently - we wanted to have a bit of space so we could relax all together and also on our own. This was the perfect spot! We had great customer service, the location of the house was ideal - easy to find, good public car parking close by - the house was beautiful and met our expectations. This is a lovely place to have a special weekend.

We've stayed at the Abbey House Mews twice now and absolutely love it! It's so close to the centre of the city - everything is within walking distance so once your car is parked you don't need it again - and yet its still quiet enough to sleep very well. This is probably because the accommodation is really gorgeous; spacious, restful and well decorated. We'll definitely be back again!

i have just returned from 48 hours in Abbey Mews with 7 friends to celebrate my 50th birhday. The accomodation felt like home to us for the whole week end. it has been beautifully decorated and furnished and could not have been more central. we were less than 5 minute walk from every restaurant I had booked as well as the shops and the Thermal Spa which we visited. I have aready booked to stay in a larger property with the same owner and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abbey Mews to anyone. bring on the next visit!
