This beautiful first floor period apartment has panoramic views over the city and countryside. Situated in one of Bath's most sought after locations, this lovely property has 1 double bedroom and 1 superking or twin bedroom, 1 bathroom and original Georgian features. It also benefits from a private car-parking space behind the Crescent.

An elegant drawing room makes the most of its high ceilings and ornate plasterwork with richly draped Georgian sash windows. The room is south facing and is warm, bright and richly furnished, with glorious views all year round. There is a large in-built bookcase with plenty of reading material and two comfortable sofas either side of the fireplace. The ornate marble fireplace conceals a flat screen TV with netflix, and stereo system. Furthermore there is broadband/WiFi facility and a video entry phone, located in the hallway.

The contemporary kitchen/breakfast room overlooks Bath and the rolling hills. It is fully fitted with an induction hob, built-in oven and separate microwave, built-in fridge /freezer, washing machine and Bosch dishwasher. There is a fold down table in front of the window to seat 4.

The master bedroom, is opulently furnished with a king size bed, plenty of fitted wardrobes and two large and extravagantly draped sash windows.

There is a twin room with 2 beds that zip together to become a super king with plenty of light and storage. The large shower room, has a generous corner `Matki` shower unit with corner seat, w.c., hand basin and towel rail.

Camden Crescent was built by John Eveleigh c.1790 but was never completed. Above the doorways can be seen a single elephant's head, which was a part of the coat of arms of Charles Pratt, Marquis of Camden. It is a wonderful location with great views and 5-10 minutes walk downhill to the city centre. You can take a stroll to admire other fine Georgian buildings nearby, including the Royal Crescent and The circus.

A private free standing parking place is provided and located behind the Crescent. Alternatively the train and bus station are a 20 minute walk away.

The property, has 2 double bedrooms and was recently refurbished to a very high standard whilst maintaining its original Georgian features. Ceiling roses and cornicing can be found in most rooms.

The elegant drawing room has 2 sofa beds, bookcase filled with books for your entertainment, marble surround decorative fireplace, and 2 floor to ceiling South facing picture windows offering incredible views over the city. The room manages to blend a sophisticated style with modern living and boasts a flat screen TV with freeview box, stereo system and broadband/WiFi. A video entry phone is located in the hallway adding extra security.


The master bedroom, with its elegant furnishings, has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes across one wall providing ample storage space, and 2 large north facing sash windows. Bedroom 2 is a twin that can be made into a Super-king. The shower room, newly refurbished, consists of a large corner 'Matki' shower unit with corner seat, w.c., hand basin and towel rail.

Kitchen/breakfast room, newly refurbished, is bright and airy with a large floor to ceiling south facing sash window offering views across Bath. The kitchen is fully fitted with built-in 'Smeg' double oven and separate built-in 'Smeg' microwave together with gas hob with extractor fan oven, built-in fridge freezer, washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, one and a half bowl stainless steel sink unit and wood laminate flooring. There is a fold down table to seat 4 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
