Elegant, charming and full of creature comforts, with a chic courtyard garden and designated parking space for 2 cars. It's a short 5 minute level walk to the city centre so you can indulge in city life or just hang out together. Awarded 5 star gold as well as 2019 Visit England Rose Award in recognition of Service Excellence. Please note, only suitable for children 8 years and over. Winner of plum guide excellence award.

A large and inviting lobby sets the scene of charm and conviviality. On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen. One side has fitted grey cabinets with a speckled granite top, the other has a chunky comfortable oak table and chairs to seat 6 and in the centre are French doors leading out to a formal walled courtyard garden with a gas BBQ, a table and 6 chairs and low walls providing plenty of extra seating.

The smart and well organised kitchen has a large range style cooker with a 7 ring gas hob, two ovens, a grill and a warming oven. You'll also find a dishwasher, a big double fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, separate wine cooler, a De-Longhi espresso coffee machine, and enough lovely china, cookware and cookbooks to inspire a lavish celebration. There's a TV and CD player and a selection of music to keep the atmosphere lively. In a separate utility there's a washing machine, separate dryer, microwave and all the domestic extras all neatly sorted.

Upstairs on the first floor is a large elegant and comfortable living room with two deep 2-seater sofas and large coffee table in front of a coal effect gas fire. In one alcove is a TV with DVD and the other has shelves stacked with novels, an i-Pod docking station, and Wi-Fi. Centrally is a deep inverted bay window with a balcony to catch the sun. There is another cream sofa, small armchair and sideboard with a selection of movies, games, maps and guides to the city and surrounding countryside.

There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, one on each level. The ground floor bedroom is romantically rosy with a 5'6'' king wrought iron bed. It has a fitted wardrobe with shelf space, a long dressing table, mirror and books. On this floor is a fully tiled black and white shower room with a large walk-in shower, a hand basin and WC.

On the first floor is the next double room with a smart and contemporary 5' 6'' king bed in duck-egg with cabinets under the eaves. There are two large fitted wardrobes with lots of shelf space and a tallboy with mirror over. The newly fitted ensuite is beautifully tiled throughout with a bath and shower over, WC, large sink and plenty of storage.

At the top floor is the master suite with windows overlooking the Rec and the ring of green hills surrounding Bath. Relax in a sumptuous 5'6'' king bed in grey and green. Plenty of storage is provided by a large fitted wardrobe, large bedside cabinets and a long chest of drawers along with two easy chairs. The contemporary en-suite bathroom continues with grey and white tiling and has a shower, a washbasin with storage under and a WC.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
