"The perfect base for our weekend in Bath"
We booked this house for a weekend (7 friends) and it was perfect. Great location, well laid out, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this if you are heading to Bath as a group of friends who want a more comfortable weekend.

"unrivalled location, beautifully appointed, perfect for exploring Bath"
This is my second stay in this house. First time for a mums weekend away in 2008, this time for a parent's 70th with family. Ideal for both sets of people. Such a central location, nowhere is more than a 10min walk (Roman Baths, shops, theatre, Thermae Spa) and some only 2 mins.(Fashion museum/open top bus stop/assembly rooms). A parking space, worth its weight in gold in Central Bath. House is gorgeous and feels very decadent, spread over 3 floors. Well appointed, bathrooms very plush. Georgian proportions but the height of modernity(children were fascinated by the integral vacuum system) Doesn't feel at all tired in the gap between visits. Bertinet bakery directly opposite the front door that has croissants and pastries to die for on a Saturday morning. Ate at Loch Fyne and Bathwick Boathouse, both very good. www.razorcats.co.uk also a highlight for the 70th , great and different way to see Bath.

"What a beautiful house!"
Really nice house in an excellent location! We really enjoyed ourselves! Has everything that you need for a brilliant weekend! Only let down was the BBQ was really dirty so we couldn't use it but it didn't stop us having a brilliant time!

"Glorious house, phenomenal location"
Really couldn't have asked for more from this house. I stayed here for four nights with my wife, our 15-month old daughter and my wife's family. The house is very spacious, and kitted out to a high specification - particularly the kitchen, but the real talking point is the location - just moments from the top of Milsom Street, yet with a private parking space. Can't find anything to complain about with the house - highly recommended!

"An ideal city centre holiday"
We stayed at St Andrew's Terrace for a week in February. The house is superbly equipped, spotlessly clean and ideally situated. We were able to wander from our front door and be in the middle of Bath immediately. The house is in a 'no through road' so doesn't suffer from busy passing traffic. With three teenagers the location was perfect, and we will definitely return.

This is a truly beautiful place to stay in a brilliant location. All the fixtures etc are of very high quality and you can not fail to be comfortable here. Park the car up and enjoy being able to walk to the town and the tourist amenities and enjoy the atmosphere. Woods Restaurant round the corner was a really great choice for a special birthday treat meal. A trip to the Bath Spa is definately recommended
