"Stay at the Georgian House"
We stayed at the Georgian House for a hen weekend. The location was great with only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. The house comfortably slept 16 with a kitchen and living space equipped with everything we needed. The landlady was very helpful and friendly as was the lady I booked with. Would highly recommend for a short weekend stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Full of charm yet has lots of modern facilities and is just a short walk from the town centre. Large rooms with lots of natural light. Very friendly and helpful owner as well. I've stayed in some top hotels in London and they weren't as nice as this. Definitely would like to return there one day.

"A fantastic house and a brilliant weekend in Bath"
16 of us stayed in this beautiful house for a hen party and it was just perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping arrangements and the lounge and kitchen fitted us all in to eat and have a lovely time. Good location too. The house has lots of useful info about restaurants, take aways, etc. The housekeeper was great too. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks!

"Fab house for a large group of ladies"
We recently stayed at the Georgian House in Bath for a hen weekend. The booking and check in process was very smooth, which was important as I was based overseas. There was 16 of us staying at the house and it fitted us all comfortably, everyone commented on how nice the beds were. The location was spot on as it allowed us to walk into Bath for all our activities. The kitchen and dinning room were also perfect for sitting us all for dinner as well as games. The house was very well equipped (dishwasher, etc) and we found everything we needed for our stay easily. We really loved the appearance of the house, and each room was beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend other large parties to stay here. A few tips for guests/improvements would be: - The oven seemed to take a very long time to cook anything on either oven or grill settings, so I'd recommend planning extra time for your meals if you're cooking in the house. It also seemed to smoke a lot, which was a bit disconcerting. - There are only 2 sets of keys provided, if there are 16 of you and you are looking to come back at different times, you will need to think about who has the keys. - It would be nice if a couple of key staples could be provided in the kitchen (e.g. cling film, tea bags, etc), so if you are planning on catering you may want to bring your own with you. - This is an old house, with single glazing and drafts, which can be a bit noisy if you have a road facing window and I imagine it could be quite cold in winter. That being said, the stay was exceptional and I would return even if these minor items weren't improved. Thanks so much Cara and team.

"Amazing house in an amazing location!"
We stayed at the Georgian House for my sisters hen do the w/e of 15-17th February and didn't know what to expect as it was our 1st visit to Bath. When we arrived we were amazed at how fantastic the house was. The house is very vintage and very clean. Fab kitchen with a table that easily fitted all 16 of us round, great spacious lounge and fantastic bedrooms.Cara the owner could not do enough to help us on the run up to our stay, answering any queries for us. The cleaner Lee was excellent and even let us check in earlier than originally planned so we could decorate the house before the hen and majority of the girls arrived. We even got two sets of keys. The house is very central to the amenities, bars, restaurants. The thermae bath spa is a must as the roof top pool is great with fantastic views of Bath centre. We had no problems getting into any pubs in fancydress. For future reference if anybody drives down, there is space at the side of the house too and the permits are in the drawer in the hallway. My only criticism would be for the plug sockets to work in the top floor bedrooms as we had to go down a level to use hair dryers and charge our phones. All in all I would definitely recommend this house to anybody, especially a group of ladies. We had so much fun. Thankyou Cara and Lee. X

"Great venue, lovely housekeeper!"
13 of us stayed here for a hen weekend. Had a wonderful time - 5/10 minute walk into Bath town centre. Lovely housekeeper who couldn't do enough for us! The lady who looks after the house bookings gave us good recommendations for where to eat, takeaways and car parking - really helpful! Would thoroughly recommend staying (and have already recommended!)

"Gorgeous house and perfect location, customer service was above expectations and I will be personally recommending!"
I stayed in the house with 15 other girls for my sisters Hen Do and was the organiser for the whole weekend. Bath ended up being a wonderful location and The Georgian House did not disappoint! The customer service was second to none, I emailed cara several times on the run up to the stay asking little questions as I wanted everything to be perfect and didn't want to leave anything to chance and she responded promptly every time. I even asked her if there was a big freezer as I needed space to put a few bags of ice in and she even made sure all of the trays were filled ready for our stay! All in all a wonderful House and an excellent experience - made the weekend all the more enjoyable and relaxing! Thanks Cara and Lee, I will definetely be recommending the georgian house and cannot wait to stay again!
