A smart Georgian entrance leads down to a well planned apartment spread over two floors. First enter a spacious lobby with coat cupboard, bath room and utility. Continue into a large bright living room with two Corbusier style sofas to seat 2 and 3 and a further armchair. Tall handsome lamps and elegant wood panelling elegantly define the space. There is a large TV and I Pod docking with sound system. An extending glass table in an alcove seats 4.

The glossy black and granite kitchen is fully fitted and has an induction hob, an electric oven and microwave, a dishwasher, a small fridge and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. French doors with views of leafy gardens and tall Georgian houses leads down to 2 paved courtyard gardens with planting around the perimeter.

Off the lobby is a separate utility with is a table-top freezer, a washing machine and small sink set in a long granite worktop with fitted storage under. This area is also a fire exit leading out and up onto Edward Street.

The first bedroom has a beautifully staged 6' bed set in a decorated alcove. (This is a zip and link bed and can be 2 single beds)There are two large fitted wardrobes, a dressing table with smart leather chair, a generous throne chair and a flat screen TV. The bathroom on this level has travertine tiling throughout with a small bath (with a shower handset) a hand basin set in glossy granite with storage under and a WC.

Downstairs is another gorgeous bedroom with a 6' bed (also a zip and link that can be two single beds). A wall mounted TV sits above the dressing table. The fitted wardrobe provides good storage, and travertine flooring leads into a fully tiled en-suite with a large walk-in shower, a hand basin set into a marble top with storage under, and a WC. French doors in this room lead onto the morning terrace.

"Excellent rental - would definately stay again"
