Essentially, this contemporary 2nd floor apartment is open-plan and the light floods in through many large sash windows. Each area is clearly defined and the bedroom is a more private sanctuary. There is a lush fushcia sofa and footstool to lounge on and wall mounted TV with a separate blue-ray disc player which also plays regular dvd's and cd's. There is a selection of books on fitted shelves and also a wireless connection. There is a stylish glossy graphite fitted kitchen neatly housing everything you might need during your stay and a big slab of polished stone with a couple of bar stools for impromptu dining. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and an okotherm oven, small fridge/freezer combined, dishwasher and washing machine/ tumble-dryer combined.The bedroom has a king-sized bed and plenty of storage. There is a fully tiled en-suite area with a contemporary handbasin open to the bedroom and a concealed walk-in shower. There is a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

There is a permit allowing you to park one car on the neighbouring streets around the property. However, given its central location, and only a 5 minute walk from the Bath Spa train and bus stations, these modes of transport are recommended
