Take the scenic road to Bath, park up outside your front door and live a life of luxury in this jewel of an apartment in the centre of historic Bath. This beautifully furnished and stylish period apartment sleeping up to four in two double bedrooms, one of which can also be a twin. The first and second floors have retained original features alongside contemporary décor. It is tranquil and luxurious, and benefits from a car-parking space for one car, and all that Bath has to offer practically on your doorstep. It has been awarded 4 star gold by the Tourist Board. Please note commercial vehicles are not allowed to park in the car park.

Uncork the champagne in the sparkling black granite and glossy cream kitchen. It is well equipped with plenty of cookware, china and glass, a huge fridge/freezer, a gas hob and double electric oven, a microwave, and a combined washing machine and dryer. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.

Live the life of riley in the lustrous gold living room with a large sofa to languish on and two leather chairs in front of a grand fireplace. There is a smart TV with sky TV, DVD and movies and games to ensure you never get bored. Two large sash windows are framed by shimmering curtains. There is a dining table here that comfortably seats 4.

Recline in the elegant bedrooms - one dressed in silver and black with king-sized 5 ft bed and Vi-sprung mattress, a built-in wardrobe and lots of drawer space and light, and the other in rich shades of cream with twin beds that can zip together to become a super king size bed.

The contemporary bathroom has been completely tiled in limestone with a long bath (with shower over), a wc and generous hand basin set into drawers.

Although you certainly do not need a car when in Bath there is a private parking space for 1 car out front the property. Alternatively the train and bus stations are a ten minute walk away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
