The apartment complex is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach. Situated on the top floor, two storeys above street level the apartment offers fantastic views towards Fishermans beach, harbour entrance to the Marina and the old town of Albufeira. With uninterrupted panoramic views to the ocean this is considered the most desired apartment within the development.

The large "L" shaped balcony, which many guests have commented they have spent most of their holiday wining and dining upon, entertains you with the constantly changing marine and beach activity. The lounge area, like the outdoor terrace, is south facing with floor to ceiling double glazed patio windows offering the same panoramic views. The apartment has recently been renovated with re modelled bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and incorporates Wi-Fi and 130 channel cable TV.

The complex itself incorporates a large outdoor salt water swimming pool.

Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fishermans square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2-minutes stroll.

Salgados, Vilamoura, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 10- to 15 minute drive.

This is our fourth time at these apartments and I have to say nothing changes, apartment so clean with everything you need, everything is catered for including transfers. The area is nice and quiet with a view to die for with a great balcony for sunbathing Barry and family thanks very much

“Great Apartment”

Spent 10 days here at the end of Sept 2016. Met by Barry and Irene who showed around and explained in detail how everything worked etc. Apartment very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great view off the balcony over the old town to the sea. Wifi worked great. Short walk down into the old town to loads of restaurants etc. Would stay here again if visiting Albufeira.

“Cannot be beaten”

This is our fourth time to this apartment. Faultless right from the point of booking. Phillippa organises everything brilliantly and Barry the owner carried out the transfers for us from the airport. The apartment itself has everything you could wish for. Spotlessly clean, brilliant kitchen with all utensils and wonderful bathroom. Beds were sooo comfortable. The view from the balcony is out of this world, you could sit there all day and evening and never tire of it. To walk down into the Main Square takes about 5 minutes with escalators to help. There are so many restaurants to pick from and every one we went to delivered first class food and service. Wonderful place and somewhere you could return to year after year and never tire of it. First class.

This apartment is wonderful. First class accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom all refurbished with shower cubicle, satellite television, DVD player and views from the balcony were out of this world. You could spend your whole day on the balcony (which is huge) and never tire with what you see. The apartment is a very short distance from the Old Town of Albuferia where there are numerous restaurants to choose from. No need to hire a car. We couldn't find one fault with this apartment. It was a pleasure to walk into. Philippa arranged everything for us including the transfers to and from Faro very efficiently. Really didn't want to leave and we are definitely returning next year.

We have stayed at Cerro Branco on numerous occasions but this must be the best apartment ever. It was immaculately clean and there was everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. The views just blew you away and you are just a short stroll from the old town. We even spent an evening in and ate on the balcony and watched the sun go down 'heaven' We will definitely be using this apartment again and again. Well done.

just returned two days ago from another brilliant week at Fishermans Beach Apartment overlooking the old town in Albufeira. Came back for the second time to bring friends who do not holiday abroad. We had a wicked time, was a bit chilly in the evenings but we went at the start of the season so that serves us right, however our temperature gauge was reading 41 on two of the days and all the days were really hot. The apartment had all been upgraded since our last visit, a really lovely fitted kitchen and a new shower cubicle in the bathroom - a nice surprise as we were not told it had been upgraded. Everything you could want in an apartment, full cooker fridge freezer washing machine tv....... not that we used the cooker or washing machine - well after all it was my holiday too! ten minute gentle downhill stroll to all the restaurants and nightlife and 4euros for a cab back up as we were too full up (or drunk) to walk it. As usual from making the enquiry in February and paying the deposit everything was so simple, Phillipa is great, arranges the pick up and drop offs, the keys and instructions, the lot. Barry and Irene are lovely,and do all they can to make your stay perfect, we never had to call him but we knew if there was a problem he would be there to sort it, For a first visit a week is not long enough, not sure it was long enough for a second visit either come to that. Thank you all.

Apartment was great, had everything you needed and a breathtaking view. Apartment 255 is up two flights of steps but hey you can't get a view like that without them, and it really is worth it. Plenty of towels, linen, crocks, everything we needed, a superb bathroom and beds that you could actually get a good night sleep in. Only got back this afternoon but already looking at booking for next year! a couple of little local restaurants by the apartment so if you don't want to venture into town you can get your meals there, and the local shop/tobacconist is only five mins away. My first time to Portugal and it wont be my last. Travelled with another family, teen lads with us both, they stayed in apartment next door which whilst the view was superb the quality of the apartment was not quite the same as 255. Wifi available for free at every bar and restaurant so the kids were happy too. Debby

The apartment was of the highest standard it was clean, bright, well equiped with everything you would need, every room was well furnished and you felt so comfortable and relaxed This apartment is so hard to knock so we wont. If you ever have the pleasure of staying here and you know of a view to outdo this then please give me a call because this is amazing.

Large airy appartment. The balcony is the highlight, lovely views over the old town and sea. Five minute walk downhill into town but coming back up the hill in the August heat was hard work! Air conditioning in the appt would have been a bonus and maybe a welcome pack with basics like water, milk and bread would be a nice touch so you do not have to rush off out to the shops straight away. Overall though, a lovely well appointed appt and much nicer to be in the old town than the strip. Went home refreshed and relaxed!

How do damage deposits work?
