Situated on the top floor of the apartment complex (two floors above street level) is this spacious apartment. The complex is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach and offers SPECTACULAR sea and town views.

The large "L" shaped balcony is excellent for sunbathing, dining, relaxing or sharing that romantic night on. The changing marine and beach activity ensuring you are kept constantly entertained.

The apartment has a large "L" shaped lounge area with floor to ceiling patio windows allowing maximum light and views. The terrace and apartment are south west facing with an area on the terrace where you can achieve shade should you require it.

The complex itself incorporates a large outdoor salt water swimming pool with BBQing facilities available for guests to utilise.

Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fisherman's square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2-minutes stroll.

Salgados, Vilamoura, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 10- to 15 minute drive.

The location of this apartment with it's terrific views ensure you won't be disappointed.

“Another great stay at this fantastic apartment”

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Apartment Vista. The apartment is stunning in every way. The large balcony has panoramic views all over the Old Town and the sea. (Well worth bringing binoculars) Apartment itself spacious and luxurious. Good TV with 100 channels. Plenty of hot water. There are elevators for access from the street below, or alternatively, taxi only costs €3.90. Shop very handy. Dealing with Philippa was brilliant. Her communication is really excellent. Entry to the apartment was very well arranged and 2 keys supplied. No problem having our deposit returned. Hope to book with her again in the future.

“Spectacular View”

Perfectly located apartment overlooking the old town. Everything you need for a great holiday. Nice kitchen and bathroom with powerful shower. Large private balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs. Sun from 11am till late but also shaded area if needed. Beautiful sunsets. It was very hot on our visit and although no air con there is a portable unit which we put in bedroom to help us sleep. It can be pretty noisy until late from the old town but if you keep patio doors closed it is not a problem. We had a problem with internet on arrival and this was dealt with very promptly after one phone call to Adrian. Excellent service.

“Great Apartment”

Great 1 bedroom apartment. Stayed here with 2 friends end of September 2018. View from the large balcony is fantastic with views of the sea and over the old town. 10 minute walk to the old town, and there are bars and a local Spar shop within five minutes walk of the apartment. Philippa, was great to deal with and I can recommend letting her organise your transfers from and to the airport for you. Our taxi driver was on time for both journeys and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay at this apartment should I return to Albufeira again.

We stayed in this great apartment,whilst my brother & his wife stayed in an apartment just along the same landing.This was our first stay in this apartment block & thought it was great.The seaview is wonderful. A taxi from the old town,back to the apartment,which was often needed due to the fact that the apartments were high up,was only 4 euros,so not bad between 4 of us ! As my brother did the booking,I can only repeat the positive comments he made regarding the ease & helpful support from Philippa.We would hopefully be returning in the future.

“Amazing views”

Myself and my young daughter stayed here for 5 nights.We had a wonderful holiday and weee lucky the weather was beautiful whilst there.The apartment has everything you would need for a relaxing stay and the balcony is private with amazing views.There is a grocery store at the bottom of the road reasonably priced with fresh baguettes and croissant delicious.Further down the road escalators take you into the town where you will be spoilt for choice with the amount of restaurants to choose from the restaurant at the bottom of the escalators also did take away which meant we could sit on our balcony and enjoy the view whilst having dinner.Would recommend this apartment vista and hope to return again.Thanks again Philipa for a lovely stay and for the ease of making the booking communication was excellent.

“Perfect location!”

Just back from a 10 day stay in Cerro Branco Apartment 451. Communication with Philippa was great throughout the booking process. Instructions for access etc were very clear and the key safe was a fab idea rather than having to call someone to meet us on arrival. The apartment was in the perfect location for us as we love the old town. I wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues but the walk to/from town and the stairs helped us to work off the overindulgence from all the wonderful food and drinks consumed. The complex itself was quiet and with secure entry. The apartment was spotless on arrival and hopefully we left it relatively clean and tidy on our early morning departure today. It is a great size and huge windows gives a very spacious feel. The view from the balcony is outstanding! With no one above you and an appt on one side, the balcony has degree of privacy. There is plenty of space which suited us both, myself loving the sun lounger and my other half preferring the shade. I didn’t use the pool as I’m not a fan of salt water, my preference was the balcony. You do hear the music from the bars in the old town but as we go down there every night we didn’t find this an issue. In fact I didn’t need to put my own music on whilst getting ready so was a bonus. We had exceptionally good weather for this time of year and felt air con would have been a bonus.

This is our second visit this year and our 7th over all. Must be one of the best apartments in Albufeira. The apartment has the most fantastic view and amenities. The new mattresses and pillows are lovely and comfortable. The help we get overtime welcome is second to none. This time i left home without my hairdryer and I asked if Philippa could help me out. I had anew one within hours. Thanks again for a lovely holiday. We will be back soon.

“Amazing apartment fantastically views”

The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in Albuferia, spotlessly clean, modern and spacious with amazing views over the old town. Great to have your own sun beds on the large patio and the awning for shade. Lots of places to eat you can have peaceful or lively better value away from the main square. Booking the apt with Philippa was hassle free she kept in touch throughout and sent clear instructions for our arrival thank you Philippa we will be back

“Fantastic fantastic fantastic apartment”

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment last week and what a view from the balcony it's truly breathtaking. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and we can not fault a thing. It has a well equipped kitchen a lovely dining area as well as living area,a beautiful modern bathroom with a lovely shower, the bedroom has twin beds and lots of storage throughout a safe to keep your valuables in, patio doors from the bedroom as well as double patio doors in the living room that opens up to the most beautiful amazing views we have ever experienced wow. A short walk at the end of the street is a lovely restaurant and shops to purchase your groceries and a fifteen minute walk to the escalators that take you down to Alberfuira old town that has everything you would want from a holiday and the Portuguese people are so so friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Philippa for her quick response by e-mail when booking the apartment the transfers to and from Faro airport that she arranged for us, the clear instructions on entering the apartment and most of all the kindness she showed throughout our stay. If you are thinking about going to Albufiera staying in this beautiful apartment is a must you will not regret it. Thank you Philippa for making our holiday Perfect

“Lovely apartment, beautiful views”

We arrived at Cerro Branco late at night. The first thing that struck us was how spotlessly clean the apartment was and when we opened the patio doors the view over Albufeira took our breath away. The apartment is very spacious and airy, the bathroom is modern with plenty of storage and the shower was amazing, lovely and powerful. I don't think the apartment would be suitable for the elderly or people with mobility difficulties as there are many steps to climb but the view is definitely worth it. The location is really good, Old Town can be reached in minutes although the complex itself is very peaceful, we were often the only ones by the pool. We would definitely recommend the apartment to friends.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
