Swimming pool, near beaches (400 m or 900m), Central Albufeira, beach 400 / 900m wi-fi internet free, led 43 "cable tv, air conditioning, lift, south balcony with sea view pool and garden, shopping center and supermarket a 100m, restaurants at 100m, bars / disco at 700m, old town at 800m, public garden at 50m, bus stop, taxi, tourist train at 100m. Fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, bed linen and towels included, washing machine (25 € / 25 € per person per night) The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the beach, €) with city tour.

“Simply Perfect”

This appt is perfect. Everything you could need for a stay abroad. Down to the finest detail. Very spacious, immaculately clean, nice view, and a great location. About a 10 min walk into the old town. Great WiFi connection and good sized tv for chilling after a day at the beach. Pool area remains quite quiet so no problem getting a subbed and is very chilled and relaxing. Marios the owner really has put a great deal of thought into making this appt a real home from home and makes sure everything is catered for. He is a lovely guy and his mission is to make sure your stay is perfect. I will definitely return to this appt and can recommend highly.

Myself and my partner have just spent 10 days in this apartment and have to say it has everything you need for a self catering holiday, it has every appliance you could possibly need so well equipped. Mario was a fantastic host he even picked us up free of charge from the airport he went out of his way to make you feel at home even buying a cooling bag for picknicks on the beach,there is also a parasol for the deck chairs around the pool .Mario also give us a guided tour of the old and new to which was great .There is a large supermarket 2mins away has everything you need also the apartment is close to both the old town and the strip.I would not hesitate in going back to this apartment ,thank you Mario for a great holiday Kim ,Dave Belfast

Mario picked us up at airport showed us the apartment and how everything worked, made sure wifi was working and even went to the supermarket for water etc really great service from a really nice guy. The apartment is well situated for both the old town and the strip 10 -15 minutes walk from either. There is a nice shopping centre 2 minutes away with a supermarket which has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely book again.

This large spotless apartment has everything and more to make the perfect holiday. We've never stayed in such a well-equipped apartment. There's also a great pool which was never too busy so there was no fighting for sunbeds! Location is great - betwwn Albufeira Old Town and the 'strip'. We went to the Old Town most evenings. It has something for everyone. A supermarket is located just beside apartment for all your requirements. Mario, the owner, met us on arrival and gave us details of everything we required. He also contacted us several times to check if we needed anything. A gentleman! We are only sorry the fortnight went so quickly. We'll definitely be back! Thanks

Great apartment and pool. The apartment was spotless and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and big. Mario the host is so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back

Great spot. Lovely bright airy apartment. Plenty of room. Ideally located. 3 min walk from Algarve shopping. 10 to 15 mins to old and new town. Very welcoming and accommodating host also.

Just back from a 2 week stay at Mario's apartment and will definitely stay longer next time. It was amazing, very clean, bright and well equipped. It was a perfect location, handy to buses and the tourist train, close to the beach and restaurants. Mario picked us up from the airport for free which was a great service. We arrived to a lovely care package. Mario was very helpful throughout our stay and checking regularly that everything was well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay in Albuferia. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has everything you could every need. Plus had a great views from the balcony (see photos). The location is superb, only a short 3 minute walk to the supermarket/mall and a 10 minute walk to old town. The pool was never too busy, which was perfect. Our stay was made even better by the warm welcome my friends and I received from Mario. On arrival he took us a tour of Albuferia so we knew the best places to go. He even recommended and bought us the best local wine!! Such a treat! I would highly recommend this accommodation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
