Description

The house is in a private estate, very easy to get to 200 meters from the road to Sierra Nevada. For auto city bus is 200 meters from the house, frequency approximately every 10 minutes to Granada capital. This house is prepared for, family gatherings etc ... also rented the house for weeks, fortnights summer months and seasons Sierra Nevada to 15 minutes. The house has 5 double rooms. Has recently renovated kitchen with all facilities, a spacious living room with fireplace stove more almond shells, air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with bath, terrace, swimming pool, barbecue and parking for 12 cars. Routes can practice riding and paraglider Monitor. Full house full rent. The pool is available from 15/06 / 30/09 On the farm there is a dog named Rufus.

How do damage deposits work?
