The pretty market town of Newcastle Emlyn is nearby and has a very good selection of shops, cafes and pubs.AccommodationThe Coach House sleeps 8 in 4 double en suite bedrooms with additional beds available for another 2 people.- TOP FLOOR - Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom on the top floor of this detached three storey property and has a luxury ensuite bathroom with bath/shower/steam enclosure. The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the river.The master bedroom is reached through a large room with gorgeous river views which has a single bed with trundle bed under to accommodate up to two extra guests.- FIRST FLOOR - Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and small en suite shower room with WC and basin. There are stunning views from this room along the River Teifi.Bedroom 3 has a king size adjustable bed, wardrobe, small en suite shower room with WC and basin, and a door leading out to small balcony and separate stepped entrance.Bedroom 4 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and small en suite shower room with WC and basin.- GROUND FLOOR - Spacious lounge: ample comfy seating, flat screen TV, DVD and Sky Box (Please bring own viewing card), from the lounge are patio doors leading onto a large decking area overlooking the river.Kitchen: fitted units, double oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, and a large American style fridge/freezer.Dining room has a table seating 8 and study area off.The entrance to the Coach House is via the front door into a porch with ample storage cupboards for coats and shoes.Separate cloakroom with WC.OutsideA wide expanse of decking extends round two sides of the Coach House, so you can sit right above the river. On the deck is a hot tub plus patio table and chairs. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views and watch the wildlife. The house is on a small quiet lane. There is parking for up to three cars.
